Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) IP-EDR05-01
Ionpure® EDR modules utilize patented cross flow electroseparation
process with highly efficient ion exchange membranes to effectively
remove hardness and salts from the reject stream of an industrial RO
water system and other high TDS applications.
Each EDR module is capable of treating up to 5 gpm (1.14 m3/h) of
RO Reject. Multiple EDR modules can be installed in parallel to cost
effectively treat reject flow rates of up to 25 gpm. (5.7 m3/h).

Wetted components of the EDR module consist of:
Polypropylene (adaptors and Inner spacers materials),
Noryl, ion-selective membranes and the housing
is PVC.

IONPURE® VNX05-Si CEDI FOR
REDUCTION OF SILICA AND
TDS IN INDUSTRIAL RO REJECT
IONPURE Silica reduction CEDI- IP-VNX05-Si-1
Ionpure® VNX-Si module is designed with the proven CEDI technology
utilized in a wide array of industrial high-purity applications. Performance
of the VNX-Si module has been optimized to treat RO reject recovery
water with TDS levels up to 750 ppm as NaCI and high silica levels of up
to 80 ppm.
Each VNX05-Si module is capable of treating up to 5 gpm (1.14 m3/h)
of RO Reject. Multiple VNX-Si modules can be installed in parallel to cost
effectively treat reject flow rates of up to 25 gpm. (5.7 m3/h).

IONPURE® VNX-CDIT RANGE OF CEDI

IONPURE VNX CDIT Modules
The Ionpure® VNX-CDIT continuous Electrodeionization (CEDI) module,
now proven suitable for high TDS applications. Expanded capabilities for
feed water challenges up to 750 ppm as NaCl and silica up to 20 ppm.
Each VNX30-CDIT module has a nominal flow rate of 15 gpm (3.4 m3/h)
when used in TDS applications. Multiple modules provide for system
designs with flow rates up to, and greater than 100 gpm. VNX15-CDIT
is also available and offers a nominal flow rate of 7.5 gpm (1.7 m3/h).
