In support of the Malaysian government’s initiative
to provide affordable housing for its citizens,
Sime Darby Property has developed apartments,
condominiums and terrace houses for the lower and
middle income communities. Homes built under
the affordable homes scheme are energy efficient,

equipped with water recycling systems.
