SILENT AUCTION RULES
1. A bid is entered by printing your name, table #, phone #, and the
amount of your bid on the bid sheet for the item. Bids below the
opening bid will not be accepted.
2. Bids will be entered in whole dollars and must be equal or exceed
the minimum bid as stated on the bid sheet. Succeeding bids must
exceed all previous bids by the minimum amount as stated on the
bid sheet.
3. An announcement will be made ten minutes before and five
minutes before the closing of the silent auction. The highest
bidder at the close of the auction will be the winner of that item.
The highest bid will only be considered as such if it is the last
entry written on the bid sheet for that item.
4. Payment must be made in full before leaving the premises.
Payment must be made in cash or by cheque
5. All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refund on
items. All items are donated and sold “as is”. ICHA makes no
warranties or representations whatsoever in respect to said items
or services.
6. All silent auction items purchased must be removed on the
evening of the auction by the purchaser.
