An indoor pool has glass panelled walls and doors to north and south, and on the first floor, a superb suite of sitting room, bedroom, dressing area and bathroom have been created, with doors to the decked balcony, again divided by a fireplace. There are stunning views from the majority of the rooms. Outside Outside, a decked terrace and landscaped gardens give direct access to the beach. To the rear, the gardens include several ‘rooms’ and the house may be approached either via a pedestrian gate or a broad pair of timber gates onto a paved area, adjacent to the double garage, with plenty of room for a boat. A wonderful avenue, formed by a Tamarisk clad pergola, runs the length of the garden, leading to the decked area beside the house, with a lawn adjacent. A greenhouse, with planting beds and a vegetable garden with raised planters lie beyond. Location Located between West Wittering and Selsey, Bracklesham Bay has a shingle and sand beach ideal for bathing, fossil hunting and surfing. There is a thriving local community with a community centre hosting events such as fitness classes and a monthly film night, together with a few shops and restaurants nearby. An interesting variety of local shops and supermarkets, banks, library and medical centre, are found at East Wittering, less than a mile to the west, beyond which will be found the Blue Flag sandy beach of West Wittering.
