Dear Vendor,
The Hangtown Motocross Classic has a rich tradition of being Northern California’s premier
motocross event for over 47 years. In the past few years the sport of motocross, and Hangtown
have come mainstream, attracting large diverse crowds, making this event a great business
opportunity for a vendor. We are now seen on cable TV in the U.S. and thirty five countries
abroad. We look forward to working with you at this year’s Hangtown Motocross Classic event.
Some of the series wide sponsorship contracts that MX Sports and DDNMC have signed contain
exclusive agreements regarding product sponsorship and vending rights. Attached to our vendor
contract is a list of vending rules. Please read this thoroughly. Also, on the vendor contract, there
is a line that asks for full disclosure of the type and brand of products you wish to sell at
Hangtown. Please take extra time to fill this out completely, attach a separate sheet if you need to.
This will certainly avoid any last minute confusion at this year’s race. Additional results of Hang
town’s growth are this year’s deadline for vendor contracts and space restrictions. Contracts
are due April 20Th to ensure a location at this year’s event. Applications
received after the dead line will be taken on a first come first serve
basis. Also due to the overwhelming congestion in the vendor area in the past, booth spaces
will be exact size (10’x10’ or 10’x20’…etc) and there is no parking in the area, vendors are
expected to park all vehicles in designated vendor parking areas, no exceptions.

Hangtown 2016 Vending Rules
1. This is a 3 day show. You are required to give advanced notice if you only plan
on being present for portions of the event, otherwise I will assume you are a “noshow” and the spot reserved for you will be given away to someone on “standby.”
We do not give refunds for “no shows.” Please show up during the scheduled
set up hours at least to claim your space.
2. Vendor passes do not include camping passes. Camping passes may be purchased
in the overnight camping area. For security, there is no camping in the vendor
area.
3. No food or drinks may be sold. No alcohol will be allowed in and no
consumption on Vendor row by Vendors during the daily program.
4. Hangtown is held in a state park. NO: Glass, Animals, Bicycles, carts or pit
motorcycles are allowed.
5. Absolutely no apparel displaying an image of a motorcycle, or any item
displaying the Hangtown, AMA, and Lucas Go Pro, MX Sports logos / names
will be allowed to be sold on the premises. Limited apparel is allowed to be sold,
but do to our exclusive agreement with an apparel supplier, some items will not
be allowed. Any item with your company’s logo most likely will be acceptable, if
you’re not sure if what you are selling is allowed to be sold, please ask ahead of
time. This includes hard goods and motorcycle parts. This is why it is very
important to send a list of items to be sold with your contract. We ask that
apparel being displayed to the public be family friendly and tasteful. No
obligatory language and or expressions will be allowed to be displayed and or
sold without express written consent.
6. There is no guarantee of parking for your car near the vendor area; usually it is
filled up before you get there, so plan accordingly. A packet containing your
vendor tickets, parking pass and a site map will be waiting for pick-up at WillCall
7. Vendors are responsible for removal of all trash associated with their booths.
Dumpsters will be provided. Trash not properly disposed of (thrown away in
40 yard dumpsters) will result in a refuge service fee, up to $250, billed to the
vendor.
8. Must Provide Insurance Naming DDNMC & CA STATE PARKS as
Additional insured Hard Copy or Email must be attached with the agreement.
All Credit cards must be called in or attached to the Vendor Agreement buyApril

This application is a request for commercial exhibit space at the Hangtown Motocross Classic. Execution and delivery of this contact
and NON-REFUNDABLE payment for exhibit space shall constitute an agreement between the show producer (Dirt Diggers North
Motorcycle Club- AKA: DDNMC) and the Exhibitor, and becomes a legal binding contract to rent space indicated above at the
aforesaid rate, subject to all of the terms and conditions including those described on adjoining pages of this agreement. Please sign
and return this agreement along with your check or money order to the address shown below. Space assignment will be based on the
postmark of the application and space availability. The show management reserves the right to make adjustments in booth assignments
that may be deemed to improve the character or success of the show. If payment is not received by the due date (5/1/2011), the seller
reserves the right to sell or change booth location without advanced notice.
