Along came a wolf with eyes ablaze, Apparently they looked like mayonnaise. He met his match… he knew he would, When along came Miss Riding Hood. Wolf skin coat… pig skin case… are a must, If you’re Miss Hood from the upper crust. So ended the item from B6, Watch out for them… they’re full of tricks! Microsoft Office Publisher Clipart 1 S:/209 Publications Bull Creek Primary School From the Principal’s Desk Friday’s Assembly High praise for their wonderful rendition of “Three little Pigs” based on Roald Dahl’s 1982 collection of “Revolting Rhymes”. The children did their speaking parts so confidently and we all enjoyed the clever wording of the poem. The student commentators kept the “rhyme theme” going with the announcements - as did Mr Boyes. “I think it was the best assembly since I taught at Wembley” (in 1982) Well done B6! Thank You Morning Tea Our annual ‘Thank You Morning Tea’ will be held on Tuesday, 9 December 2014 starting at 10.40am. For those parents who have helped in any way - and so many have - we would like you to join us for morning tea. For catering purposes, please phone Dianne or Nola at the School Office on 9332 3244 if you are able to join us. Celebration Night Our Celebration night is on Monday, 15 December on the Wattle Netball Court. Children will need to be at their classroom at 5.00pm. The teachers will then walk their children out to the Wattle Netball Court at 5.20pm and the Edu Dance Performance will commence at 5.30pm. Everyone is most welcome to join us for a great evening. Adidas Fun Run This was a very successful P & C School event. The children raised $5300 - 30% of that money is spent on prizes and 70% of that total goes to the P & C. Thank you to our P & C President, Tara Snell, for doing a great deal of the “form filling” and thank you to Mr Boyes for setting out a suitable course for the different age groups. The 2014 Highest Fundraiser is Jasmine (from S6) who raised $309 - fantastic effort Jasmine! The 2014 Highest Fundraising Class is S6 which raised $725.75 - well done B4!! Is it just a coincidence that Jasmine is in S6? - I don’t think so!!!
