viledon High Efficiency Cassette Filters meet all requirements of standard air handling systems as to frame
dimensions, depth and filter performance. viledon’s compact filter superiority, known as the
viledon difference, is highlighted by the following:
Excellent for all types of air-handling systems and
environments, the viledon filter is constructed to with
stand humidity, high velocities, and turbulence as found
in both atmospheric air and process environments.
The light-weight all-plastic frame is constructed of
halogen-free plastic that eliminates any risk of corrosion
or oxidation as found in metal constructed products.
High strength glass fiber paper is manufactured from
a proprietary special moisture resistant inhibitors that
resists moisture penetration.
The media pack is potted on all four sides to
eliminate air-bypass around the media pack.

Plastic protection grids on the upstream & downstream
side eliminate punctures or tears of the pleated media
during handling and installation.
Proprietary conical pleat geometry eliminates any
obstruction to air flow throughout the media pack, ensuring
low pressure drop, even dirt loading, and high dust holding
capacity.
Moisture-resistant up to100% relative humidity.
Temperature Resistance: Continuous 160°F, peaks 175°F.
