“Paris is always Paris and Berlin is never Berlin”
Jack Lang
Over the past century, Berlin has seen some of the most dramatic changes
experienced by any modern city. From the decadence of the 1920s to the shock of
World War II, from a divided city into one reunited entity constantly defining itself
through art, music and culture: Berlin is a city of change and thereby a place of
constant inspiration.
We want to give you a taste of what Berlin has to offer: countless hotels,
dramatic locations, unique activities, fashion, art, culture and even a bit of
the “leisurely” lifestyle that Berliners are so famous for.

The Trabant, once the most common vehicle in Eastern Germany, has
become a symbol of earlier times, a collector’s item, and a must for
your trip to Berlin.
With this unique sightseeing offer in Germany you can combine
unsurpassed driving feeling and nostalgic sightseeing with the real
atmosphere of the former East. On this tour it will be YOU taking over
the steering wheel and manoeuvring this unique vehicle. While you are
enjoying the sights passing by the windows of your personal Trabi, your
guide provides you with information, historical facts and funny
anecdotes via radio.
A Trabi Safari will be an incomparable experience and for sure the
ultimate highlight of your visit in Germany!
Participants drive their own Trabants, maximum four per Trabi.
WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:

Refugium
www.refugium-bln.de
The Gendarmerie offers a regional, upmarket cuisine with French
accents. The impressive restaurant is found within the Humboldt-Carré,
located just north of the beautiful and historic Gendarmenmarkt
Square.
Described as a “gastronomical cathedral,” the interior was designed by
New York star architect Annabelle Selldorf. The grand room is divided
by three massive columns and enhanced by cream colours, a French
parquet made from bog oak and tailored furniture from Bergamo in
Italy, as well as the special lighting elements and ceiling lights – not to
mention the gorgeous Bacchanal overlooking everything!
The Gendarmerie is great for smaller groups and also holds up to
300 for exclusive events.

BERLIN
City Tour: Jewish Berlin & Hackescher Hof
DAY 2: MORNING ACTIVITY
The walk starts in front of the remarkable building of the former Mail
Delivery Stables in the Oranienburger Street, which was built – as well
as the nearby situated New Synagogue - in an imaginative ArabSpanish style (latter half of the 19th century). Remarkably different to
the regular street grid of the rest of the city, you will find a somehow
chaotic street plan all over so-called Spandauer Vorstadt, a charming
remnant of the early 18th century.
The deep properties are developed through wide courtyards and attract
today’s visitors with their lovely atmosphere. The three most beautiful
courtyards – all very different from each other – are an absolute MUST
on your itinerary: the Heckmann Höfe next to the New Synagogue, the
new opened Rosenhöfe and the well-known Hackesche Höfe, where
your walk ends.
Duration: 2-3 hour guided tour
Maximum of 25 pax per group
BERLIN
Oxymoron
DAY 2: LUNCH
By day Oxymoron is a breakfast café and restaurant offering a good
value lunch menu. They feature a wide variety of organic cakes and
confectionaries made fresh in a local bakery.
At night, the elegant saloon restaurant serves delicious Italian and
French cuisine. They also have a large range of international wines,
including many from Germany, France and Italy, as well as around 80
different cocktails.
Oxymoron would be a more modern option for a group. It is an elegant
restaurant that is frequented by hip and trendy locals. It is a great
choice for a team dinner, as it allows guests to see the edgy ‘artsy’ side
of Berlin, located in North Mitte on the edge of Prenzlauerberg. As the
evening progresses the jazz lounge opens and guests are welcome to
stay after dinner to enjoy the music!
BERLIN
Optional Afternoon Activities

significant museums, including the Pergamon, home of Nefertiti. We can provide guides
or let guests chose their museums at leisure.
Duration: 3 hours
Museum Island is walking distance from Hackescher Markt.
BERLIN
Käfer am Reichstag
DAY 2: DINNER
Perched on top of Berlin’s Parliament building, visitors to the Käfer
enjoy dramatic views of Berlin – an attractive focal point for both
visitors and Berliners themselves.
Berlin’s is the world’s sole parliament building with its very own public
restaurant. In 1991, when the German Bundestag moved the seat of
government from Bonn to Berlin, it brought Germany’s Parliament back
to its historic “Reichstag” building. It seemed only fitting to open those
doors to the public. Both its architecture and history have been made
accessible to everyone thanks to its architect Norman Foster.
The restaurant serves excellent German and international cuisine in a
truly unforgettable setting.
The Käfer has two sections, each of which can be hired
exclusively for groups up to 100 and 70, or the entire restaurant
can be hired for a maximum of 170.
WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Dining on top of the parliament building is a very
unique experience. The view is increidble!
BERLIN
Käfer am Reichstag

sans souci (“carefree”), the castle and its grounds are a place of
opulent relaxation and beauty.

destination for culture, architecture, sights and of course, shopping.

BERLIN
Berlin‘s Golden Twenties
DAY 3: DINNER ENTERTAINMENT IDEA
The 1920s was one of Berlin’s most vibrant periods in history. During
that period the city was home to innovators, designers, philosophers,
artists and musicians and was known for its decadent culture.
There are many parallels between Berlin then and now. Berlin is still a
home for artists and thinkers, and still known for its extravagant
nightlife. For your group we want to bring the spirit of the 20s to life!
*There are many options as to how to bring this theme to life.
Below are a few ideas, but depending on budget and location
there are many additional possibilities.
Casanova Society Orchestra
One of Germany’s most successful bands, dressed in authentic
costumes, they play songs from the 10s, 20s and 30s: stylish and wild,
stylish and sexy, an evening with CSO is always memorable.
Accessories
We provide boas, hats, fans, suspenders, etc, for your guests to bring
the evening to life!
BERLIN
DAY 4: URBAN BERLIN

BERLIN
Street Art Tour
DAY 4: MORNING ACTIVITY
For street art connoisseurs, Berlin feels like an open-air museum, a
modern "Rome" if you will.
Colorful graffiti decorate the city’s architecture, populate the walls of
the subway, also covering the more official parts of the city. Street art
is one of the most popular forms of modern artistic expression. Thanks
to its central location, its character and its free multicultural flair, Berlin
is a hot spot of this art form.
In this walking tour you will learn to know the most important artists in
the scene of international street art, as well as interesting anecdotes
and stories about the artistic and cultural development of Berlin.
Duration: 2-3 hours
WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
Berliner street art is very impressive, it makes our city so
unique yet us often overlooked. This tour shows more of the
“real” Berlin.
BERLIN
Berlin Massive Graffiti Workshop
DAY 4: ACTIVITY & LUNCH
Berlin – the European capital of graffiti! The German capital is without doubt one of
the most attractive European cities in terms graffiti.
This activity allows participants to work together and express their creativity
through an art form that is very typical Berlin. Participants work in small groups
with professional world-renown graffiti artists to learn the tricks and techniques of
graffiti. Each group creates their own work. The canvas is ready post-event to take
home – an incredibly unique souvenir!
The workshop includes professional assistance and a DJ during the
workshop. We like to create a relaxed atmosphere with music, snacks and
drinks and then we can have a light lunch afterwards.
WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
For the same reason as the street tour, graffiti is a real part of Berlin.
This workshop gives people the change to work with professionals and
really appreciate the art form.
BERLIN
Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur
DAY 4: AFTERNOON ACTIVITY
The Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur – in English the Royal Procelain
Factory – is one of Berlin’s oldest industrial monuments. The factory
has been designing and producing finest quality porcelain goods since
1973, tying Prussian history with modern day Berlin. The history is
fascinating, as are the elegant products they continue to design and
produce by hand.
A tour of the Factory takes you through various exhibitions with pieces
spanning three centuries, weaving in and out of the historic kiln hall.
Guests learn how a design is produced and then get to see the
production in action, each piece still make lovingly by hand.
During ‘hands-on’ painting workshops, guests can work with the pieces
themselves and create their own masterpiece, a beautiful souvenir!
WE LOVE IT BECAUSE:
You think you know porcelain? Think again!
BERLIN
Berlin City West: Shopping on the Ku‘damm
