Muffins Muffins Muffins Muffins Banana Bread Muffins With Fresh Sage Ingredients 1 cup 1 cup 1-cup 1 tsp ¼ tsp 3 tsp 2 1 ½ cup ⅓ cup ¼ cup flour, unbleached white whole-wheat flour, unbleached sugar baking soda salt, Kosher sage, fresh, finely chopped eggs, large banana, mashed ripe (3 large) Greek yogurt, low fat plain olive oil Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place 16 paper muffin cup liners in muffin cups; coat liners with cooking spray. 3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and sage in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Place eggs in a medium bowl; beat with a whisk. Add banana, yogurt, and oil, stirring with a whisk. Add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Spoon batter into liners, filling threefourths full. 4. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly in center. Remove muffins from pan, and cool on a wire rack.
