HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, contact your Sales Representative, or call ThermoServ Customer Care at 1.800.635.5559. You can also
fax your order to 214.631.0566.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
The minimum order for most products is $250 and we only accept orders for full case quantities.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Changes must be confirmed in writing and are subject to any additional art, proof and set-up charges incurred. Changes
cannot be made once production has begun. Changes to orders will impact shipping time and will not be guaranteed to
ship as originally scheduled.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?
For existing accounts and repeat orders, payment is net 30 days. New customers are subject to a cash advance, including
estimated freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made, and the order will be processed once payment is
received. Credit terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TAKE?
Normal production time for items in catalog quantities is 25 working days from receipt of art approval (if applicable). Once
art is approved, for an order to be considered ready for production we must have the following information to proceed:
purchase order number, billing address, item number, description, color(s), quantity, camera ready artwork (either hard
copy or via e-mail), ship date requested, shipping method, ship to address and any other special instructions. If placing an
exact reorder - Reference to previous Purchase Order will help expedite your order.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
FOB: We will ship using the best method, unless specified differently on purchase order, from Dallas, Texas prepaid and
added to invoice. C.O.D. is not available. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Call for information
on additional shipping options.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations must be received in writing and cannot be accepted once production begins.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with your order or the product is defective, please contact Customer Care at 1.800.635.5559.
Merchandise may only be returned with authorization and must have an RGA number provided by ThermoServ. We are
unable to accept unauthorized returns. Claims must be received within 7 days of invoice date.
WILL THE COLORS OF MY ARTWORK BE AN EXACT MATCH?
All licensed designs shown in our catalog have been approved by appropriate trademark licensing institutions in regard
to colors used on our products. However, we cannot guarantee exact color matching within orders or on repeat orders
due to the nature of the materials and manufacturing process. Products with like-named colors in different materials may
not be an exact color match. If you have questions or concerns regarding a particular color, please contact Customer Care
and we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT IS YOUR TRADEMARK POLICY?
ThermoServ is an official licensee of all trademarked brands shown in our catalog, and reserves the right to implement
changes in available licensed partner agreements and designs without notice. For custom orders, ThermoServ assumes
clients are authorized to use trademarks sent to us for imprinting. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
WHAT IS THE PROPER CARE FOR MY PRODUCT(S)?
Hand wash all drinkware with mild detergent prior to first use. We recommend that you do not place any stainless steel
products in the dishwasher or microwave. To reduce fading and ensure longer imprint life, avoid harsh detergents, rinse
agents and commercial dishwashers.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT NOTICE
ThermoServ is committed to a policy of continuous improvement with its product offerings. As such, we reserve the
right to change, discontinue or improve products, change minimum order quantities and product colors without notice.
ThermoServ will not assume liability for orders that cannot be filled due to the shortage of raw materials, strikes or other
causes out of our control.
