Beginner to intermediate levels are welcome. Boot camp style classes focus on using body weight to build strength and stamina while yoga classes emphasize gentle stretching, core abdominal work, playfulness and centering. Please bring your own yoga mat for all activities. Justin is a registered yoga instructor who currently teaches Men’s Nude Yoga in Tampa, Florida. He is also a licensed massage therapist (LMT #38545) well versed in Thai massage, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.
