Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a good and
safe holiday season. It’s the first of the year and time to
go back to work for me, oh boy!
I know it’s been a tough hunting season for everyone. I know I have put a lot of miles on a pair of boots,
Secretary/Treas. In search of the next covey of birds. Maybe with a little
Roy Marshall luck and a lot of rain, next year will be a better year.

The first meeting of the new year is coming up and I
am looking forward to hearing about everyone’s hunting
trips. It seem no matter how good or bad the season is,
we always like to share our experiences with all of our
friends. Well, all that will listen anyway.

I am looking forward to seeing, which dogs and handlers will be in the running for top honors for the 2012
season. Good luck and game on for all the competitors in
the 2012 competition. The Webster County Bird Hunters
Association will be hosting the 2012 Championships on
March 3rd and 4th, 2012 for all of those who have made
the “A” or “B” Team for the Tulsa Bird Dog Association.
I would like to congratulate everyone who has made the
Championship Teams’ for 2012. I wish them the
best of luck in Missouri.
