Emphasis is on developing an entrepreneurial mindset in managing a Small‑Medium Enterprise in the hospitality industry by being innovative, proficient in preparing business plans, adept at identifying business opportunities, gaining confidence in making business decisions and acquiring the necessary practical skills. The curricula are designed to develop the students’ fullest potentials through meaningful balance between the theoretical aspects of managing an enterprise and practical hands-on training and real‑life exposure both here and abroad. A special program for the deaf is also available.
