On-line User Guide
To view your online timetable open up your web browser and visit the following website:
https://uos-eportal.sunderland.ac.uk/
You will be presented with a webpage similar to the following:
In the “Username” field please enter your student registration number (located on your smart
card).
In the password field enter your password (This is set to timetable – all in lowercase)
Now select “Login”
You should now be presented with a screen similar to the following:
The information below the “My Timetable” menu displays all events which are relevant to your
timetable for the current day only.
To view your timetable select the “Main Menu” button.

You should now see a screen similar to the following:
You now have a menu structure down the left side of the screen. To view your timetable select
“Timetable > My Timetable”
You will now see a screen similar to the following:
You must check with your Faculty Office that you are registered with the correct modules.
Please Note: You now have the facility to view the data in a “grid” format or “Create a PDF”
version of your timetable which you can save/print/view at a later date.

Not all students will be allocated to individual seminars, therefore if a timetable does not appear,
there is a search facility for all modules.
Select “Timetable > Module Search”, you will now see a screen similar to the following:
Enter Module Code if known in Box indicated, or the first 3 letters (i.e. MAC, PSY etc. – you must
ensure the starts with box is ticked if you are using this method).
Click “Search”
Another screen will appear below the module search information, select the module you require to
search for then click on “Next”.
Please note: You may need to use the scroll bars on the right hand side to see the information, if
you would like to filter the information by date, please use the calendar icons to select weeks, days
etc.
