How to Book?
To correctly book your reservation, please follow these procedures:
 Call us or email us to confirm availability of your preferred date;
 Proceed to book sending us the following documents:
 Reservation sheet
 Photocopy of ID: Passport or other ID
 Photocopy of Health Card (if applied)
 Proof of reservation payment
After reservation approval by the ASC you have 15 days to send us a first payment (half of the Camp price) per participant.
If the reservation is not made according to the above, the ASC cannot acknowledge your reservation as final.
Abandonment and Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your child reservation, you should inform us by writing and agreeing to the following:
 Up until 45 days (inclusive) before the start of the programme: total refund.
NOTE: In case you need to quit, you will need to provide a justifiable reason.
 Between 45 and 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the programme: 50% refund.
We will refund you 50% of the booking costs up to a week before the start of

How to Pay?
The first payment should be made upon reservation and according to the following:
 1st Payment = half of the camp total cost (375 CHF or 700 CHF);
 2nd Payment = the remaining amount (the second payment should include all the applied discounts).
The last payment (2nd) should be made until the first day of the Camp (inclusive).
