and money toward the rodeo concession stand,

The 87th Annual Texas FFA State Convention was
held in Corpus Christi with 13 members from Tilden
attending. Seniors Cassidy Howard, Jayson Smith,
Olivia Truelove, and Taryn Walker received their Lone
Star FFA Degrees, which are the highest degrees of
membership that the state association awards. Charlsie
Harris placed 6th in the State Junior Prepared Public
Speaking Event. She was one of 20 state-level
competitors from over 100 that began at District.
BUCKSKIN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Charity Harris and her horse "Cinch" competed in
the 28th Annual American Buckskin Registry Assoc.
World Championship Show and Pre-World Classic
in Tulsa. She rode away with the title of Reserve World
Champion in Showmanship in the 13 and Under Age
Division, and placed in the Top Ten in every class they
competed in.
