Welcome
First Commonwealth Bank’s Online Banking solution provides a secure and simple way to manage your finances
whenever and wherever your want.
First-Time Users
Visit fcbanking.com and choose the “My Accounts Login” menu in the upper right hand corner
Enroll Now! Option
Select “Online Banking” from the drop down menu
Choose Enroll Now!^
Then, complete the below steps:
1. Accept the Terms and Conditions
2. Enter the requested security information
3. Click “Send Email Verification”
4. Open the email you receive and click on the link*
*Please note that the enrollment process must be completed within the same browser session and on the same computer within
one hour. ^ In the event that the email address on file at First Commonwealth Bank does not match the email address you are
using to enroll, enrollment will need to be completed by calling 1-800-711-BANK (2265).

Welcome
First Time Log In
Visit fcbanking.com and choose the “My Accounts Login” menu in the upper right hand corner
Select “Online Banking” from the drop down menu
Enter your temporary 12-digit Online Banking ID and the last four digits of your Social Security number as your password,
then click Submit
Update Your Settings:
You’re almost there! Complete these five security steps:
Step One: Change your password (required)
Step Two: Select a personal image which will be unique to you each time you access Online Banking
Step Three: Select and answer three security questions
Step Four: Enable password reset option in your Settings tab
Step Five: Enter a mobile phone number to receive important security verification codes via text (this additional security
measure will be used in the setup of other Online Banking features to verify your identity).
When you have completed these steps, return to your Online Banking “My View” page to get started.

View Accounts
Overview
The Accounts page offers several account management options which are easily accessible using the Select Option
drop-down menu or by clicking on the account name.
From this page you can:
• View transaction detail
• Choose number of transactions to be displayed
• Search by account, date range, amount, check
number, debits or credits
• Transfer funds
• View check and deposit images
• Download transactions to financial management
software or a spreadsheet
• View statements
• Initiate stop payments
• Sort columns to customize view

View Accounts
Transactions Details
Choosing the Current Transactions option under the Online Banking tab, you can do the following:
• Sort transactions by date, reference/check
number, debit or credit
• View checks by clicking on an underlined number
to view or print the front or back of a check
• View your current collected balances
• Review a detailed breakdown of funds available
using the Available Funds link

View Accounts
Download and Search Transactions
Download transactions to
financial management software,
such as Quicken*, QuickBooks*
or a spreadsheet.
Search your transaction history by account, date range,
amount, check number, debits or credits.
1. Select the date range
2. Select the download format
3. Click ‘Submit’
* If you have previously used Quicken or QuickBooks account registers in a different version of Online Banking, please follow
the instructions found at www.fcbanking.com/quickguides to continue using those registers.

External Transfers
Create New Bank-to-Bank Transfers
External transfers allow you to schedule transfers to or from checking or savings accounts that you have
at other financial institutions.
Before you can complete a
transfer, you will need to add
your external bank account by
entering the information.
Then follow the instructions to
confirm the micro deposit
made to your external account.
Once you have added your accounts, you are ready to create transfers. You may do this by selecting the “New Transfer” setting under
the Online Banking tab.
Once you enroll an external account, you should see two small
dollar transactions which will be sent to your external account
within two business days. Please verify the amount of these
transactions and complete the enrollment process to enable
these accounts for ongoing transfers.

Pending Transfers, Manage Transfers
The below screens walk you through how to view pending transfers and manage transfers to external accounts.
Transfers scheduled prior to 2:30 p.m. EST will be posted on the same business day.

Internal Transfers
Manage Internal Transfers
Internal transfers allow you to schedule transfers to or from checking or savings accounts or make loan payments that
you have with First Commonwealth Bank. To access, choose the “Internal Transfer” setting under the Online Banking tab.
Transfers scheduled after 10:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

BillPay
Get Started
Our BillPay is a secure, convenient and efficient alternative to making payments by mail. You can pay a company, send
money to an individual, or contribute to your favorite charity. BillPay is available to First Commonwealth Bank
customers with an active checking account and Online Banking access.
To get started, simply log in to Online Banking, click on the BillPay tab and then follow these steps to register:

Schedule Payments
Making payments is fast and simple. To schedule payments from your BillPay account, simply:
1. Select the account from which you’d like to pay from the “Pay from” drop-down menu
2. Enter the amount you’d like to pay in the “Amount” box
3. Choose the date you’d like for your payee to receive your payment by either clicking
on the calendar to the right of the “Payment Date” box or typing in a date
4. Repeat this process to make payments to additional payees.
5. Click “Review” to confirm your selections
6. Click “Submit payments”

eNotices
Enroll in eNotices
The primary account holder can enroll for additional eNotices by selecting the eNotices tab within Online Banking.
Completing the enrollment
requires five simple steps,
shown on one screen.
Select the documents you
want to enroll.

Add Additional Recipients
The primary account holder can enroll additional recipients to receive electronic notices under the Additional
Recipients option by assigning a username and PIN and selecting the documents to enroll.

eStatements
Access eStatements
eStatements are an easy, safe and secure to manage your finances. If you’d prefer to receive your statements
electronically, click on the eStatements tab within Online Banking.
To Enroll:
Step One: Select accounts for electronic delivery
Step Two: Enter your email address
Step Three: Enter a security phrase which will be included in your
eStatement email from us
Step Four: Enter the enrollment passcode

paper statement.

You’ll soon receive an email from First Commonwealth Bank
confirming your enrollment. When your statements are ready, we’ll
send you an email containing your security phrase and a message
that your document is ready for viewing. We’ll store up to 3 years of
statements for your easy access and management. You can even enroll
others, like your spouse or accountant, to allow controlled access to
your eStatements. You may do this by selecting the “Additional
Recipients” option of the eNotices tab in your new Online Banking.

Account Display Settings allow you to set default displays for account information and confirmation options.

Alerts
Keeping up to speed on your finances is easy with customized Online Banking alerts. Access your alerts by selecting the
Settings Tab within Online Banking. From here, you can schedule your own customized alerts for:
Events like incoming direct deposits, funds
transfer information or statement
notifications.
Balance so you’ll know when an account
reaches a certain threshold.
Items including cleared checks.
Personal reminders of important dates like
upcoming birthdays and anniversaries.
For each alert, choose to be notified by email or log in to Online Banking by checking the Email or Login boxes.
Alerts can be sent to any valid email address.

Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is the perfect way to keep your banking at the speed of your life. Optimized for your iPhone or Android
smartphone or your iPad, our apps will allow you to transfer funds, view balances and more. To manage your Mobile
Banking settings, visit the “Mobile Banking” option under the Settings tab within Online Banking.

My Finance
Add Accounts
My Finance is a secure financial management tool within Online Banking that allows you to have a view of your full
financial life by adding offline accounts like bank accounts you have at other institutions, investment accounts and credit
cards. From there you can set up a budget, create customizable expense categories and track spending.
Just select the My Finance tab within Online Banking to get started. You will simply need to accept the Terms of Service
and follow the recommended steps to complete your display set up. Then you are ready to add your offline accounts.

We will notify you at your email of record that you have an Online Banking message. To view, you may log in to Online
