Central Washington University’s Conference Program is providing housing accommodations during the
annual Ellensburg Rodeo and Kittitas County Fair. This economical on-campus housing is available September 2-8,
2015.

SEPTEMBER 2-8, 2015
Our student housing facilities are located closer to the action than any of Ellensburg’s hotels and motels—within
walking distance to the fairgrounds and rodeo, downtown district, and many restaurants! On-campus parking is
available and complimentary to our guests.
(A/B) Standard residence halls feature double rooms and limited single rooms. Double rooms have two single (twin)
beds and single rooms have one single (twin) bed. There are no private bathrooms in these sleeping rooms, but
shared bathrooms are located on each floor. These rooms are not air-conditioned and guests are encouraged to
bring their own fan. Rooms are available for one night up to five nights.
(C) A second option is a student housing suite consisting of two bedrooms, living room and a private bathroom.
Each suite sleeps up to three people in single (twin) beds. These suites are not air-conditioned and guests are
encouraged to bring their own fan. A two-night minimum stay is required for suites.
(D) A limited number of air-conditioned rooms will be available in Munson Hall. Sleeping rooms are located on the
second and third floors - there are no sleeping rooms on the ground floor. Munson rooms have four or five twin
beds located in two rooms (open doorway between) and a private bath. Munson is just three blocks away from the
rodeo and fairgrounds. The Saturday morning rodeo parade passes directly in front of Munson Hall on University
Way and you can watch it from curbside just outside the building. A two-night minimum stay is required.

Accommodations include linens, towels, and soap. All rooms and suites are furnished with a small microwave and
mini refrigerator unit. Since none of the rodeo housing facilities have an elevator, guests must be prepared to walk
up and down stairs. There are no TVs or telephones in any sleeping rooms. NEW THIS YEAR!! WiFi access
is now available in each hall.
Reservations with prepayment are required and may be made by completing and mailing the registration form
to: CWU Conference Program, 400 East
University Way, Ellensburg WA 98926-7592.

Reservations will not be confirmed until
