Juniors need to be less than 16/21 years of age prior to July 1st 2011. Please provide date of birth (DOB) for all Juniors
Leagues Please indicate all leagues you will play in this year.
Paid memberships from the 2010/2011 league members will receive priority for registration
in that league if received prior to Sept 20th. Please consult the League Oversubscription Policy for details. Please use the “Member Previous
Year” column to receive this priority. If you are interested in playing as a substitute please indicate using the “League Sub” column. Substitutes
must be dues paying members of the Granite Curling Club. Social Memberships are limited to 3 substitutions per year.
