Kinesiology: A series of tests that locate weaknesses in specific muscles reflecting
imbalances throughout the body.Specific techniques are used in an attempt to rebalance what
has been revealed by the kinesiology tests.Thus, kinesiology is used as both an assessment tool
and as a therapeutic modality using meridians.
Holistic Counseling: A gentle therapy that focuses on the whole person (mind, body,
spirit) and health. The therapy is based upon the principle that each person carries their own
answers and these can be accessed with guidance. This modality is useful for depression,
anxiety, grief and loss, parenting, stress and relationship issues.
Reiki: An ancient and beautiful therapy improving the flow of life energy in a person.
Successfully being used in medical settings to reduce chronic pain, relieve stress and anxiety,
lower blood pressure and provide a sense of connection and wellbeing. It is safe for babies,
children, the seriously ill and the elderly. Reiki is a gentle and supportive therapy for everyone.
Massage Therapy: Remedial, Relaxation, Pregnancy and Aroma Touch (relaxation
massage with aromatherapy oils). Medical fund rebates available.
Flower Essences Consultations: Flowering Essences are remedies specially
prepared, containing the healing energy of plants. They are prescribed according to a clients
emotional disposition and are able to help in dealing with and overcoming negative emotions,
and so relieve blockages in the flow of human energy that can cause illness.
Hypnotherapy: Hypnotherapy is distinctive from other forms of counselling in that it deals
directly with the subconscious mind, to resolve the problem or symptom. As a healing modality, it
is becoming more widely accepted by medical establishments throughout the world.
Meditation: Stop and unclutter the mind. Results can include feeling more alive, enhanced
feelings of calm, heightened awareness, and reduced stress and anxiety.
Tai Chi and Qigong: Tai Chi / Qi Gong are both a series of slow, controlled movements

Qi gong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (Qi). This leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind.
