The MICRO-DISPENSER is controlled by microcomputer, which controls all functions.
The necessary information is loaded into the computer by a keyboard panel and displayed.
Der MICRO-DISPENSER ist mit einem Mikroprozessor ausgerüstet, welcher alle Steuerund Rechenfunktionen ausführt, sowie die Folientastatur und das digitale Display verwaltet.
– The constant torque settings are maintained by the automatic torque control circuit.
The torque is adjustable in 5 Ncm steps from 10 to 55 Ncm.

Introducing the SM 12, our newest state of the art brushless surgical motor
system. The SM 12 meets all of the requirements of modern microsurgery.
Unser neuestes Motorantriebssystem, der SM 12, erfüllt alle Anforderungen
an die moderne Mikrochirurgie. Im Klinikalltag hat sich dieses Gerät bereits
bewährt.
The brushless high performance micro motor is almost service free. The
motor is torque controlled from 1–10 Ncm when the 1:1 reduction ratio is
selected by use of the keyboard control panel. When using a 32:1 reduction
contra angle and the 32:1 ratio is selected, torque ranges are available from
5–55 Ncm and can be selected in 5 Ncm increments.
The motor speed range of the SM 12 is between 2000 and 40’000 rpm when
the 1:1 ration is selected. The speed range when the 32:1 ratio is selected is
between 15 and 1’250 rpm.
The micro motor and cable are autoclavable at a maximum of 134°C. The
SM 12 is a compact surgery unit that is equipped with a keyboard panel for
ease in setting of speed and torque requirements. The footpedal is explosion
protected and controls motor speed forward/reverse and pump function. An
alarm buzzer sounds when motor is in reverse mode.
A great feature of the SM 12 is its small size and light weight (6 kg). It can be
used as a mobile surgical unit and can be taken almost anywhere that there
is 110 V or 220 V AC power available.
To make transportation of the SM 12 a breeze, an aluminum suitcase (no.
1076) is available to protect the unit even in the harshest environment. Everything you need for field surgery can be carried safely in this case.
Der bürstenlose Hochleistungs-Mikromotor ist wartungsarm und garantiert
ein sicheres und zuverlässiges Arbeiten, aufgrund seines hohen Drehmomentes, das am Steuergerät zwischen 1 Ncm und 10 Ncm frei einstellbar ist. Bei
Einsätzen mit reduzierten Winkelstücken (32:1) stehen sogar bis zu 55 Ncm
zur Verfügung, eine Voraussetzung für das Einschrauben von Osteotomieplatten. Der Mikromotor und das Kabel sind autoklavierbar (134°C).
Die Motordrehzahlbereiche sind frei wählbar zwischen 2’000 und 40’000
Umdrehungen pro Minute (1:1). Bei Reduktion 32:1 stehen 15–1’250 Upm
zur Verfügung.
Der SM 12 ist ein kompaktes Chirurgiegerät mit einer übersichtlichen Folientastatur und einem explosionsgeschützten Fusspedal, über das die Motordrehzahl, die Pumpe und der Rechts/Links-Lauf gesteuert werden. Bei Linkslauf ertönt zusätzlich ein akustisches Signal.
Aufgrund der knappen Aussenmasse und des geringen Gewichtes ist der
SM 12 auch als mobile Operationseinheit einsetzbar. Hierfür empfehlen wir
unseren robusten Alukoffer (Art. 1076).
Für den stationären Klinikeinsatz bietet Nouvag seinen Kunden die Stativeinheit Sanicar (Art. 1898).
