Easy-Peasy No Bake Wheatbix Slice www.o2borganised.com helping busy women get organised Ingredients: 10 wheatbix crushed 125 grams Butter ½ cup dessicated coconut 1 tbspn cocoa 1 cup mixed dried fruit (you can vary this, chopped apricots, sultana’s, whatever your family likes) ½ 440mls can condensed milk Optional icing 1 tblsn butter & cocoa 1 ½ cups icing sugar 1-2 tblsn boiling water You can top with hundred & thousands, shredded coconut or even drizzle with chocolate icing. method 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Melt the butter & add condensed milk, stir to combine In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together Add in the butter mix & stir to combine Press the mixture into a slice tin lined with baking paper Combine the icing ingredients & spread on top ( or if you want to mix it up sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s or coconut. 6. Chill until set then cut into squares. 7. Store in the fridge * You can wrap the squares individually and keep in the fridge ready to pop in the kids lunch boxes. Enjoy! Love Sharon xxx Quick n Easy Muesli Slice O2B Organised helping busy women get organised Ingredients: 2 Cups good quality Muesli 1 ½ cups of extras (choc chips, dried fruit, a mix of both, what ever your family likes) ½ 440mls can condensed milk Method Pre heat oven on to 170 degrees Combine the dry ingredients together in a bowl Add in the condensed milk & mix with a wooden spoon Press into a slice pan lined with baking paper Bake until the top is golden brown Let the slice cool in the pan, but while still warm cut into squares Enjoy!
