Logging in
• On the SURTEX.com home page, scroll down to the “SURTEX Show Planner” section and click “Learn More”
• Enter your badge number (located on registration confirmation email) Dashboard
• When first logging into the Planner, take note of the
following:
• New announcements from SURTEX
• New exhibitor matches
• New private messages
Your Profile
• The first time you login to the Planner, you will want to update your profile
• Go to Profile > Edit Profile in the far right of the tool bar
• Your profile will be pre-­‐populated with the information you provided when you registered for SURTEX
• The more complete your profile is, the better your matches with exhibitors will be
• Your profile can be edited at any time
Searching for exhibitors
• Select Exhibitors from the main tool bar.
• From here you can browse all show exhibitors, or refine a search to find a specific exhibitor by a number of different criteria (e.g. Company Name, Booth Number, etc.)
• Signing into the planner shows more exhibitor information than does the public view
Images
• Most exhibitors include at least 3 images of their artwork in their profile
• Images can be searched by keyword and by product category
• In the Images menu, you can choose: • Design Image Gallery (featured images)
• Images (all exhibitor images)
• Videos
• Event Specials
Matching Tool
• Go to Matching Tool > Exhibitor Matches to see the list of exhibitors that offer the types of designs you indicated in your profile
• From here, you can: • View the exhibitor’s profile and images
• Add notes about the exhibitor
• Add them to your Planner
• Request an appointment with them
• Score = the number of matching attributes you have in common
Planner
• The Planner screen is where you can see the images, exhibitors, appointments, conference sessions that you’ve added to your Planner
• You can view or print your entire planner or certain sections
• Show Planner items can be exported to your desktop calendar
Private Messages
• To send a private message to a single exhibitor, you must first access their profile.
• Once you are on the profile page for the exhibitor you would like to message, select New Private Message below the Company Name.
• You can view all sent messages by navigating to Messages > Sent > Private Messages from the main toolbar.
• Remember: Private messages live only within the planner – you are not notified in your regular email. So be sure to login to the Planner regularly to stay up to date. Floor Plan

You can search the floor plan by company name, category or booth number
Booths that meet your search criteria will be highlighted on the floorplan
You can map appointments from your Planner on the floorplan to help plan your day
