Over the last 12 years The Flight Case Company has grown from a small workshop building 30
cases a month to a full production facility outputting over 400 cases a month.
We have become one of the UK’s leading flight case manufacturers, offering custom built and
stocked cases for an ever growing range of applications.
Since we started in 2002 we have strived to provide a high quality product and service, utilising
the latest CNC technology and skilled craftsman.
Our factory and warehouses are based in Kent, just south of London, with a dedicated vehicle
delivery service and standard couriers on hand.

Today the computer is used in every industry
and in many cases forms the heart of any
system or project. This means that if failure
occurs it can be disastrous, and so protecting
your system is essential. Our custom made
computer flight cases combine the need to
protect the equipment, with the ease of set
up and access without the need to remove
them from their protective case.
They can incorporate pull out keyboard
trays, built in hubs, Wi-Fi and patch
panels, anti-surge power distribution and
pockets for leads and chargers.

Transport anything from complete server racks to multiple laptops / tablets
and accessories in one case. For added security and protection, our flight
cases can be fitted with lockable catches or an anti-vibration solution,
where the equipment is suspended within the flight case on rubber
shock mounts or within a thick foam lining. Wheel dollies can be
fitted for ease of transportation, minimising the risk of injury when
lifting and consignment tour labelling panels can be included
for ease of identification. These bespoke cases all add up to peace of mind
and represent an amazing investment.

Over several years we have created functional, reinforced, padded iMac
carry bags as a solution for a short journey. Each bag features a padded carry

HOLLYWOOD MIRROR FLIGHT CASE
Designed for film production work, these stylish
cases are supplied with 3 mirrors, integrated
power sockets and USB/phone charging ports.
The 3 strip lights surround the main mirror and
illuminate the working area superbly, once
finished the case closes up for easy transportation
and storage.
WACOM HD FLIGHT CASE
Used by some of the top end video and picture
editers, this Wacom 24HD flight case is designed
to hold the screen in its flat position. With
foam support below, above and on every side,
the screen is always secure and safe during
transportation.
HELICAM FLIGHT CASES
Our Helicam cases are designed to house the
latest drone technology using precise CNC
routing techniques, allowing a perfect fit within
custom foam inserts so that the item does not
move whilst in transit.
Recessed corner wheels can also be added to
ease movement of the flight case.

FORKLIFT OPTIONS
Often large cases require the ability to be forklifted;
we offer a number of solutions to accommodate this.
Box section or air dampened pallet cushions can be
fitted to the base of the flightcase, raising the case by
100mm for pallet truck and forklift operations.
SHOCKMOUNT RACKS
19” racking is a standard width system for IT, pro audio
and calibration units. Our rack cases are available in
shockmount sprung frame or foam surrounded sleeves,
both offering a high level of shock isolation between
the outer case and the internally mounted equipment.
WORKSTATION DRAWER CASES
Our workstation cases can be designed with drawers,
shelves, tables, lights and many other custom features.
Ideal for keeping tools, accessories and consumables
organised whilst on the road.
Removable lids can be fitted with legs so they can be
utilised as tables; perfect as a work surface for repairs
or a worktop for laptops/computers.

difficult. Our specialist display flight cases are made from

Coach House Studios
DIT Kit for Working Titles
‘Untitled Cycling Project’
Coach House Studios have continued to develop
new DIT equipment options for location rushes
management and digital dailies creation.
The cart pictured was engineered for Working Titles
‘Untitled Cycling Project’ which begun shooting in
the Alps and later returns to the capital. The brief
was to compress the functionality and media
storage offered by their DIT vehicles into a compact
workstation. This was necessary due to the limited
space on mountain roads for unit vehicles.
We designed a bespoke flight case to interlock with
an existing equipment rack. The end result was an
all-in-one production workstation that houses two
HD monitors and provides a functional workspace.
