If you have not heard the big news, the Alpha Center is moving
to a new building! As our Alpha Babies have been growing,
so have we. This new building will provide the much needed
space to expand our programs, staffing and storage.
It is our goal to write a check for the full
amount and own the building free and
clear. We need to know where we stand
by Wednesday, July 27. If you would like
to contribute towards this exciting
opportunity, an envelope is enclosed
or you can make a donation online at

What an exciting time for Alpha Center! We are so blessed to have a
bigger, more functional building to move into so we can better serve our
clients. As you know, moving means change. Some of us, like me, thrive
on change. We welcome the opportunities that come with this expansion
of Alpha Center.
Moving also means work. If you have any special skills
in the areas of landscaping, painting, construction or
carpentry, we need your help! Please contact us if you
can share your talents. We also need your financial
support. Contributing stocks, $10,000, $5000, $500
We welcome the

Hi! My name is Lexi.
Hello! My name is Skyla.
My mommy and daddy both
recently graduated from the Life
Skills Classes. They learned lots
about birth and great tips on
how to take care of me. I am
so thankful for the help
and support of the
Alpha Center!
My mommy has graduated from
the Life Skills Classes and also has
completed three Alpha Center Bible
Studies. She is learning more about
God and teaching me about Him
too! Currently, we come in weekly
for her mentoring appointments.
She also volunteers when she
can to earn more points so
she can shop for me in
the Baby Boutique!

Hey! My name is Robert.
My mommy graduated from the Life
Skills Classes and I also attended each
week (inside my mommy’s womb). My
daddy also came to as many classes as
he could when he wasn’t working.

My mommy participated in the Life
Skills Classes, mentoring program
and Earn While You Learn program
at the Alpha Center before we
moved to another town. She still
brings me and my sister in to visit
the Alpha Center and wants to
thank her “Alpha Family” for
everything they have

My husband is in the military and during one of his convoys
he had the opportunity to witness to a young woman who had
engaged in high risk behavior. During their conversation, the
issue of abortion came up and she angrily said, “[Christians]
are so high and mighty about their principles but would never
actually get down and help a poor girl who’s in trouble and
doesn’t know what to do.” He was able to stop her and say,
“Well, actually, my wife goes in every week to a place called
the Alpha Center and does work with those girls. They are
encouraged and are offered all kinds of help with their
unexpected pregnancy. If they do decide to have an
abortion, the Alpha Center will be there to help without
any judgement during the emotional turmoil afterwards."

Several months ago, I expressed an
interest to my friend in volunteering for
an organization that strived to bring the
message of God’s hope to hurting
individuals and she recommended
the Alpha Center. When I started
volunteering, I was blown away by the
amazing staff and their love for helping
families. Even though I’ve gone through
the training to be a client advocate,
I still have a lot to learn because clients
come in from every walk
of life. However, I know
God is working through
I have not been through some of the incredibly difficult
situations some of our clients find themselves in, but I can
definitely relate to a lot of the fears, challenges, joys and
fulfillment of being a mother. Even more than that, I can
personally share with them how knowing God has turned
every shadow into a reminder of His presence and love.
