Solution= We reseal using a OSHA approved Spider man basket.
5. Are the original ¼” thick floor plates worn out?
Solution= Replace with our ¾” thick floor plates and convert
to Greenwood Silo’s exclusive trough design and double your
unloader capacity and reduce your operating cost.
6. Feed always warm or spoilage when silo is almost empty?
[Concrete shrinks as it cures creating a void between the base
panels and the concrete allowing the gas to exit when under
pressure & allow oxygen to enter when under vacuum.]
Solution= Pump sealer in between the base panels and concrete.
7. Costly unloader breakdowns?
Solution= Get on Greenwood Silo’s yearly preventative
maintenance program and receive 5% off on parts and labor,
receive a reminder when your unloader is due for service 1 week
prior and 1 day prior to the service date and a warranty on any
breakdowns.
