Tornado IC
Tornado IC ist die von Neptun
konzipierte horizontale Glaswaschmaschine welche die meist extreme
Anforderungen der Glasreinigung
entspricht.
Ideal für die Aufbereitung von Substraten
bevor Beschichtigung mit Dunnschicht
in Sputtering-Prozessen oder wenn
ein für Reinraum ISO class 4 geeignete
Dekontamination benötigt ist.
Tornado IC entsteht schon in eine
optimale Konfigurierung, weil der
Kunde immer noch die Möglichkeit
hat die Maschine an seine besondere
Bedürfnisse an zu passen.
Die Maschine kennzeichnet sich mechanisch
durch dem einwandfreien Aufbau, vollständig
aus Edelstahl verfertigt: Struktur, mechanische
Unterteilen, Abdeckungen der Wasch- und
Trockenzonen, wodurch diese Maschine
geeignet ist für ein intensives Gebrauch, auch
auf 3 Schichten.
Konzipiert für eine einfache Wartung, danke
den „easy-maintenance“ Wannen, die Öffnung
der Maschine bis 500mm, den Kegelradantrieb
usw.
Tornado IC ist erhältlich mit Nutzbreiten von

Tornado IC
Tornado IC is the horizontal washing machine designed to satisfy the
most extreme requirements in terms of glass cleaning.
Ideal to prepare of substrates for deposition of thin film or when a
decontamination level compatible with clean room ISO Class 4 is
required.
Even in its basic version, Tornado IC is already configured in the optimal
way, but the customer still has a certain margin for customization in
function of his specific needs.
Mechanically it is featured by the impeccable finishing, entirely
realized in stainless steel: structure, mechanical components and
carters, both for the washing area and for the dryaing area, making it
suitable also for an intense use on 3 shifts.
Conceived for a simple maintenance thanks to the easy maintenance
tanks, the opening of the machine up to 500 mm, the transmission by
means of conical gears etc.
Tornado IC is available in the versions with useful width from 1300
mm up to 2000 mm.
Tornado IC is equipped with:

washing circuit ready for the use of alkaline detergents and
system for control and automatic dosing according to the desired
percentage concentration.
■ Intermediate
station for decontamination of the detergent, in
order to reduce the transfer of detergent residues from the
washing section to the section for cleaning with ultrapure water.

washing and rinsing circuits, with management of
the temperature up to 70°C

for the control of the water and air filters, with
management of the alarms.
■ Control
and management of the water conductivity in the rinsing
section, in order to maintain it within the optimal parameters and
reduce the consumptions.

for reduction of the steam emissions in the working
