den CaravanParkSexten. Mit den
Berggipfeln Neuner, Zehner, Elfer,
Zwölfer und Einser ist sie die größte
natürliche Sonnenuhr der Welt und

cime dolomitiche Nove, Dieci, Undici,
Dodici ed Una, è la più grande
meridiana naturale del mondo ed é
l’emblema delle Dolomiti, patrimonio

The Sundial of Sesto dominates the
CaravanParkSexten. Made up of the
Dolomite peaks of Nine, Ten, Eleven,
Twelve and One, it is one of the largest
natural sundials in the world and
is the emblem of the Dolomites,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Even in ancient times, country folk
believed it had magic power and today
it casts its spell on the CaravanPark:
the structures are in wood and rock,

Das Altholz der Gebäude und Chalets im CaravanParkSexten hat 300 Jahre lang das Licht der
Sextner Sonnenuhr gespeichert, das ebenso
genutzte Dolomit-Gestein ist viele Millionen
Jahre alt. Grünes sattes Moos aus umliegenden
Wäldern wird als Dämmmaterial zwischen
die Balken des Altholzes gestopft, aus nächsten
Gegenden gewonnene Naturmaterialien werden
verwendet. Der CaravanParkSexten ist ein

Il legno antico degli edifici e chalets del CaravanParkSexten ha immagazzinato per oltre 300 anni
la luce della Meridiana di Sesto, anche la roccia
dolomitica utilizzata risale a molti milioni di anni

é usato come materiale isolante tra le travi in
legno. Si è sempre privilegiato l’uso di materiali

The ancient wood of the buildings and chalets of
the CaravanParkSexten has stored the light of the
Sundial of Sesto for more than 300 years and the
Dolomite rock used for building dates back many
millions of years. The dense green moss of the
surrounding woods is used as insulating material
between the wooden beams. Natural materials
taken from the immediate vicinity are always
favoured for construction. The CaravanParkSexten
is a place rich in energy and vital force.

The Sextner Almhütte tavern, with its typical
atmosphere, is the place to spend enjoyable
evenings with friends. Pizza Capricciosa or alla
Diavola, the Sesto bread board, the three choices
of dumplings and Tyrolean ravioli make up a
varied menu of pizzas and specialities of the
South Tyrol and, on certain evenings during the
week, like the cherry on the top of the cake, live
music will enliven your dinner.

Am Chefs Table im Weinkeller des Gourmetrestaurants Patzenfeld verbringen bis zu sechs
Personen einen unvergesslichen Abend. Das
Erlebnis-Degustationsmenu wird begleitet vom
international erfahrenen Weinakademiker Mario.
Im 300 Jahre alten, nur in den Hochsaisonen
geöffneten Bauernstadel wird eigenes Bauernbrot gebacken, aus traditionellen Gerichten wie
Schweinsstelze und Rindsgulasch darf ausgewählt werden. Besonders geeignet ist der Bauernstadel für Jubiläumsfeiern.

Patzenfeld, è il luogo ideale dove un massimo
di sei persone possono trascorrere una serata
indimenticabile. Il menù degustazione con nuove
esperienze gastronomiche è consigliato da
Mario, il nostro maitre, sommelier ed enologo
con esperienza internazionale. Nel Fienile del
Contadino, che risale a 300 anni fa, solo nei
periodi di alta stagione, è possibile scegliere tra
ricette tradizionali come lo stinco di maiale e
il gulasch di manzo e si cuoce il pane come una
volta. Il Fienile è particolarmente adatto per
celebrare eventi e anniversari.

evening. The tasty menu with new gastronomic
experiences is recommended by Mario, our
maître d’, sommelier and wine expert with
international experience. In the Farmer’s Hayloft, which dates back 300 years, during the high
season only, it is possible to choose between
traditional recipes like pork shank and beef
goulash with bread made in the traditional way.
The Hayloft is especially well suited to celebrate
events and anniversaries.
