Morocco is locatedinthenorthofAfrica.TogetherwithAlgeria andTunisiatheybuilduptheMaghreb.Moroccois the most northern country, that’s why Moroccans name I Maghreb, that means ‘north’ in Arabic. Morocco’s capital is Casablanca. Casablanca is also oneofthemostfamouscitiesalongwithMarrakesh, Agadir and Fes. Casablanca is well known because thefilm‘Casablanca’wassetinCasablancaandit’s alsooneoftheonlycitiesinAfricawherehighbrand fashion shops such as Channel, Lois Vuitton and Givenchy are. In Casablanca you can also find the second biggest mosque in the world. The name of themosqueisHassanII,namedafterourKing’sdad. That’s because in the past they built them with a special material that I don’tknowthenameof, butthismaterialwas red and protects the people from the heat. Marakesh and Casablanca are one of the ten most visited cities in the world. 20% of the Marrakeshian population are not real Moroccansm, they are foreigners from Spain, FranceorEngland.NeartoMarrakeshisthemost beautiful city in the world, Agadir, the place wheremanysurfingfreakoncewere.Agadirisin the south of Morocco near the Sahara and the Berbers also live in Agadir.
