CP Nassau September 14, 2016 Chateau Briand, Carle Place NY Featuring the best Restaurants, Wine, Spirits and Desserts on Long Island On Wednesday, September 14, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, we will be holding our 13th annual “Taste & Toast the Town”, a food, spirits and wine tasting event at the Chateau Briand in Carle Place, NY. We would be thrilled if you would join us this year! This brochure contains event details and specifics on how you can take part in this fun event, which benefits the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc. We are an independent, nonprofit health agency serving over 1,800 children and adults with cerebral palsy, developmental and other disabilities. CP Nassau, founded in 1948, operates a comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation center in Roosevelt, NY that has earned international recognition for innovative and high quality programs. CP Nassau is a total therapeutic community meeting the needs of individuals from birth through their senior years. On-site services are provided for people with a broad range of mild to severe disabilities by a highly trained, experienced staff. We Provide the Highest Quality Services to the Children and Adults in our Agency. Taste & Toast the Town Event Specifics Participating restaurants, bakeries, wineries and beverage companies will have the opportunity to showcase their gourmet dishes, wine, and spirits to an influential audience of upscale guests. All proceeds will benefit the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc. and the over 1,800 children and adults with disabilities we serve. CP Nassau will provide • Kitchen & serving equipment. • One sign per station. • One 6 ft. front serving table, white tablecloths, plates, forks/spoons, glasses and cocktail napkins. • Electricity is available. Please request if needed. • Listing in event program and on CP Nassau websites. Participant will • Submit form stating what dish/dishes or beverage will be served. • Prepare 500 tasting portions of appetizer and/or entrée, dessert or beverage. (*award is given to best overall table) • Promote your restaurant/company with promotional pieces (i.e. matches, business cards, menus, pictures etc.) • Provide the staff to serve the food or the beverage you have chosen. • Must be set up by 5:00 pm.
