On the final day of the trade fair no transport vehicles (including cars) may
access the Exhibition Centre site until after 6.30 p.m.
Vorzeitiger Standaufbau / verlängerter Standabbau:
Auf- und Abbauzeiten, die über die o. g. Zeiträume hinausgehen, bedürfen eines
schriftlichen Antrages durch den Aussteller und einer schriftlichen Genehmigung
durch die Leipziger Messe GmbH und sind kostenpflichtig.
Early construction / late dismantling of stands:
Exhibitors have to submit a written application for construction and dismantling
times going beyond the above-mentioned periods that the Leipziger Messe GmbH
has to approve in writing.

The regular minimum stand space is 10 sqm. Smaller areas can be rented only if they
become available when the site plan is devised.
7. Rücktritt und Nichtteilnahme

Bis zur Zulassung ist der Rücktritt von der Anmeldung möglich. Es ist eine
Annullierungsgebühr von 300,00 EUR zzgl. USt. zu zahlen.
Cancellation of the registration is possible up to the point at which acceptance is
notified. A cancellation fee of 300.00 EUR plus VAT is payable.

8. Erzeugnisse – Abgabe von Speisen und Getränken
8. Products – Handing out food and drink
Bei der Betreibung seines Standes hat der Aussteller die geltenden einschlägigen Rechtsvorschriften (Gaststättengesetz, Gewerbeordnung, Lebensmittel- und
Hygieneverordnung, Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenstandsgesetz, Verordnung über
Getränkeschankanlagen) und das Merkblatt über hygienische Mindestanforderungen
an nichtständige Einrichtungen des Lebensmittelverkehrs im Rahmen von Messen
auf dem Messe-gelände Leipzig zu beachten und einzuhalten.
During the operation of their stand, exhibitors must observe and adhere to all
applicable regulations (catering, trading, foodstuff and hygiene regulation, law on
foodstuff and commodity goods, regulation for beverage draught units) and the
information sheet on minimum hygiene requirements for temporary food and drink
facilities during trade fair on the Leipzig trade fair grounds.
Der Verkauf sonstiger Exponate und Ausstellungsgüter ist gemäß Allgemeiner Teilnahmebedingungen, Punkt 11 nicht erlaubt.
Under the General Conditions of Participation, item 11, other exhibits / goods may
not be sold.
9.Bewachung
9. Security
Eine Bewachung des Ausstellungsstandes muss vom Aussteller selbst organisiert
werden. Standwachen dürfen grundsätzlich nur durch die von der Leipziger Messe
GmbH autorisierte Wach- und Schließgesellschaft gestellt werden.
The exhibitor is responsible for organising security cover for the stand. Only security
staff belonging to the security service contracted by Leipziger Messe GmbH my be
used.
10. Messemedien

Für den Katalog, das Besucherinformationssystem und die Online-Ausstellerdatenbank ist ausschließlich die Firma NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH,
München, Büro Leipzig, Messe-Allee 2, 04356 Leipzig, zuständig.
We have an exclusive arrangement with NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH of
Munich is responsible for production of the catalogue, the visitor information
system and the online exhibitor database. Their Leipzig office is at MesseAllee 2, 04356 Leipzig, Germany.
Die Medienpauschale in Höhe von 163,00 EUR zzgl. USt. ist für Haupt- und Mitaussteller Pflicht. Sie beinhaltet den Pflichteintrag im Katalog, im elektronischen Besucherinformationssystem und in der Online-Ausstellerdatenbank.
The media flat-rate fee of 163.00 EUR, plus VAT, is required for main exhibitor and coexhibitor. The media flat-rate includes: standard entry in catalogue, in electronic visitor
information system and in the online exhibitor database.
Über Insertionsmodalitäten werden die Aussteller gesondert informiert.
The exhibitors will be informed separately on the insertion modalities.
11.Vorführungen
11.Multimedia advertising
Exponatepräsentationen und andere Vorführungen mit Show-Charakter sind ausschließlich auf der eigenen Standfläche gestattet und dürfen insbesondere hinsichtlich der Lautstärke die Messetätigkeit auf den umliegenden Ständen nicht
beeinträchtigen. Die Lautstärke darf 65 dB (A) an der eigenen Standgrenze nicht
überschreiten.
Demonstrations of exhibits and other advertising material in the style of a show,
designed to attract visitors to the stand, are permitted only on the exhibitors’
own stand area and may not disturb trade fair activity on the surrounding stands,
particularly in terms of noise levels.The noise level may not exceed 65 dB (A) at the
edge of the exhibitor’s own stand area.
12.Entsorgung
12.Disposal
Für die Reinigung und Abfallentsorgung am Messestand ist der Aussteller verantwortlich. Er ist verpflichtet, eine sortenreine Trennung der anfallenden Abfälle nach Wert- und
Reststoffen zu garantieren.
The exhibitor is responsible for cleaning and waste disposal at the stand. He is

The advertising lump sum of 165.00 EUR plus VAT per registered exhibitors and
