Allgemeine Hinweise | General information
Die Aktionsfläche hat eine Größe von mindestens 20 x 30 m.
Zur Vorbereitung der Pferde steht ein Abreiteplatz zur Verfügung.
Technik: Beschallungsanlage und ein Mikrofon / Headset stehen zur Verfügung.
Das Programm wird nach Eingang der Anmeldungen zusammengestellt. Bitte haben Sie
Verständnis, dass vorrangig Aussteller der Messe zum Programm zugelassen werden. Bei
freien Kapazitäten können auch andere Interessenten berücksichtigt werden. Das endgültige Programm wird spätestens Anfang Januar 2017 unter: www.partner-pferd.de veröffentlicht. Alle Teilnehmer werden gesondert über ihre genauen Auftrittszeiten informiert.
Die Teilnahme am Programm erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Mit seiner Unterschrift bestätigt der Teilnehmer, dass er für seine Pferde eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung
abgeschlossen hat und die Pferde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
geimpft sind. Für jedes Pferd ist ein Equidenpass mitzuführen. Für Teilnehmer unter 18 Jahren gilt Kappenpflicht.
The promotional area measures at least 20 x 30 m.
A yard is available for preparing the horses.
Equipment: sound system and microphone / headset will be available.
The program will be determined after applications have been received. Please
understand that exhibitors will be given priority. Others will be considered as
capacity allows. The final program will be published no later than the beginning
of January 2017 at: www.partner-pferd.de. All participants will be informed
separately regarding exact performance times.
Participation in the program shall be at your own risk. By signing this form, the
participant confirms that a valid liability insurance policy has been taken out for
the horses and the horses have been vaccinated in accordance with the legal
regulations. A horse registration certificate must be carried for each horse.
Protective head gear is required for participants under 18 years of age.

On the final day of the trade fair no transport vehicles (including cars) may access
the Exhibition Centre site until after 7 p.m.
Auf- und Abbauzeiten, die über die o. g. Zeiträume hinausgehen, bedürfen eines
schriftlichen Antrages durch den Aussteller und einer schriftlichen Genehmigung
durch die Leipziger Messe GmbH und sind kostenpflichtig.
Exhibitors have to submit a written application for set-up and dismantling times
going beyond the above-mentioned periods that the Leipziger Messe GmbH has to
approve in writing.
Die personelle Besetzung des Standes ist während der Laufzeit zu folgenden
Zeiten zu gewährleisten:

Leipziger Messe GmbH must be promptly notified in writing of any post-registration
changes to company, correspondence and invoice address information. Changes that
are applied after receipt of the first invoice will be subject to charges. The administration

6. Standzuweisung / Standgestaltung
6. Stand allocation / Stand design
Die Mindestgröße eines Standes beträgt 6 m . Kleinere Flächen werden nur überlassen, wenn sich solche bei der Aufplanung zwangsläufig ergeben. Standbau und
Dekorationsmaterialien aller Art sind nur in schwer entflammbarer Ausführung
zugelassen. Die entsprechenden Zertifikate oder Bescheinigungen sind am Stand bereitzuhalten (vergl. Technische Richtlinien / 4.5).
The minimum stand size is 6 m2. Smaller areas may be available, but only from
space left over after the overall allocation plan has been finalised. All stand and
decorative materials must be flame retardant. The relevant certificates must be
available for inspection on stand (see Technical Guidelines / 4.5).
Rück- und Seitenwände werden auf Wunsch als Trennwände leihweise zu einem
Mietpreis von 31,00 EUR / lfd. M. zzgl. USt. zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wände
bestehen aus weißen kunststoffbeschichteten Hartfaserplatten, die im metrischen
Systembau errichtet werden. Bei jeglicher Beschädigung werden die Wiederherstellungs- bzw. Neubeschaffungskosten der Trennwände dem Aussteller in
Rechnung gestellt. Die Mietdauer für die Trennwände endet mit Messeschluss.
Rear and lateral walls are provided on loan as partitions on request at a
rental price of 31.00 EUR / m plus VAT. The walls consist of white plasticcoated hardboard which are erected using a metric modular system. In case of
damage the cost of repair and / or replacement of the partitions shall be borne
by the exhibitor. The end of the hire period shall coincide with the end of the
trade fair.
Feste Halleneinbauten wie Fußböden, Hallenwände, Säulen, Installations- und Feuerschutzeinrichtungen dürfen weder beklebt, benagelt, gestrichen oder anderweitig beschädigt werden.
Schäden gehen zu Lasten des Ausstellers und werden in Rechnung gestellt. Eventuell im
Standbereich befindliche Säulen sowie Installations- und Feuerschutzeinrichtungen sind
Bestandteile der zugeteilten Standfläche und müssen jederzeit zugänglich sein. Bodenbeläge
in den Ausstellungsständen dürfen nur mit Doppelklebeband befestigt werden.
Fixed hall installations such as floors, hall walls, columns shall neither be plastered,
nailed, painted or otherwise damaged. Any damage shall be on account and
borne by the exhibitor. Columns and installation and fire prevention facilities, if
any, within the area of the stand are part of the stand area assigned and must be
accessible at any time. Floor coverings on the exhibition stands shall be fixed using
double adhesive tape only.
Einhaltung der Standgrenzen
Die Werbung und der Verkauf von Produkten ist nur innerhalb der angemieteten Standfläche
zulässig. Die Leipziger Messe behält sich vor, vom Aussteller zusätzlich genutzte Flächen
während der Veranstaltung nachzuberechnen. Das Versperren der Hauptrettungswege ist
nicht zulässig und wird nicht durch Nachberechnung nachträglich legitimiert.
Compliance with the booth limits
Product sales and advertising is only allowed within the rented stand space. If
the exhibitor uses extra space the Leipziger Messe is authorized to invoice the
additional stand rental fee. Blocking emergency or fire exits by placing products in
the way is strictly prohibited.
7.Präsenzpflicht
7. Obligation to attend
Die Leipziger Messe GmbH ist berechtigt, über den Stand anderweitig zu verfügen,
wenn am Tag vor der Eröffnung nicht bis 10:00 Uhr mit dem Aufbau begonnen wurde.
Leipziger Messe GmbH is entitled to make other use of the stand area if construction
of the stand has not begun to 10 a.m. on the day before opening.
Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, während der gesamten Messezeit den Stand zu belegen und mit Personal zu besetzen. Ein Abbau des Standes vor Beginn der offiziellen Abbauzeit am letzten Messetag ist nicht zulässig. Verletzt der Aussteller diese
Pflicht, hat er für die Zuwiderhandlung eine Vertragsstrafe zu zahlen.
The exhibitor shall be obligated to occupy the stand and staff it with personnel
during all trade fair hours. The stand may not be broken down prior to the official
dismantling period on the last day of the trade fair. In the event the exhibitor
breaches this duty, it shall pay a contractual penalty.
8. Mitaussteller und zusätzlich vertretene Unternehmen
8. Co-exhibitors and companies additionally represented
Die Mitaussteller und zusätzlich vertretenen Unternehmen sind schriftlich anzugeben. Der Aussteller hat für jeden Mitaussteller ein Entgelt in Höhe von 185,00 EUR
zzgl. USt. und für jedes zusätzlich vertretene Unternehmen in Höhe von 90,00 EUR
zzgl. USt. zu entrichten.
Names of co-exhibitors and other companies additionally represented must be
given in writing. Exhibitors have to pay a fee to the amount of 185.00 EUR plus
VAT for each co-exhibitor, and for each company additionally represented, a fee to
the amount of 90.00 EUR plus VAT.
9.Abfallentsorgung
9. Refuse disposal
Die Abfälle, die durch den Aussteller im Zusammenhang mit seiner Messebeteiligung
anfallen, hat dieser gemäß den nachfolgenden Regelungen zu sammeln und in die
dafür vorgesehenen Abfallbehälter / -container oder -beutel zu sortieren.
Exhibitors are required to collect all refuse accumulating as a result of their
participation in the show and to sort it into the refuse containers/skips/bags
provided for that purpose in accordance with the following arrangements.
a) Die Leipziger Messe GmbH stellt für alle außer nachfolgend unter b) genannten Abfälle ein Abfallbeutelset (= vier Abfallsäcke à 70 Liter in vier Farben)
zur Verfügung. Der Aussteller ist verpflichtet, Kunststoff-, Papier-, Glas- und
Restmüll in die entsprechenden Abfallbeutel zu sortieren. Weitere Abfallbeutel

Die Abfallbeutel können vom Aussteller täglich nach Veranstaltungsende im Gang
vor dem Messestand zur Entsorgung bereitgestellt werden. Die Entsorgung erfolgt
durch die Leipziger Messe GmbH.
At the end of each day of the event exhibitors may place the rubbish bags ready
for collection in the walkway in front of their trade fair stands. The refuse will be
disposed of by Leipziger Messe GmbH.
b) Ausschließlich durch die Präsentation von Pferden anfallende Abfälle (z. B.
Pferdemist, Einstreu etc.) sind vom Aussteller in angemessenen Abständen
regelmäßig in speziell hierfür vorgesehene und gekennzeichnete sowie außerhalb der jeweiligen Ausstellungshalle aufgestellte Container zu bringen.
b) Refuse which accumulates solely as a result of showing horses (e. g. dung,
bedding, etc.) must be removed by the exhibitor at regular intervals and
placed in the labelled skips provided specially for this purpose which are to
be found outside each of the exhibition halls. The refuse will be disposed of

Leipziger Messe GmbH will provide a set of rubbish bags (= 4 x 70 litre rubbish
sacks, each of a different colour) for all refuse except that which is listed under
b). Exhibitors are under an obligation to sort plastic, paper, glass and other
rubbish into the appropriate rubbish bag. Exhibitors can obtain additional
rubbish sacks (subject to a charge) from the cleaning company authorised by
Leipzig Exhibition Centre (HECTAS Gebäudedienste Stiftung & Co. KG, Phone:
+49 (0)341 678-6200).

Die Entsorgung der Abfälle durch die Leipziger Messe GmbH ist für alle Aussteller kostenpflichtig. Jeder Aussteller hat unabhängig von seinem tatsächlichen
Abfallaufkommen ein pauschales Entsorgungsentgelt an die Leipziger Messe GmbH zu
bezahlen. Die Höhe dieses pauschalen Entgeltes beträgt für die Entsorgung gemäß vorstehenden Buchstaben: bei a) 17,00 EUR und bei b) 20,00 EUR / Box jeweils zzgl. USt.
A fee is payable by all exhibitors to cover the cost of refuse disposal by Leipziger
Messe GmbH. Irrespective of the actual amount of refuse, each exhibitor must pay
Leipziger Messe GmbH a flat-rate fee for refuse disposal. This flat-rate fee amounts
to: 17.00 EUR for items listed under section a) above and 20.00 EUR / box for
items listed under section b) above, plus VAT in each case.
9. Rücktritt und Nichtteilnahme
9. Withdrawal and non-participation
Bis zur Zulassung ist der Rücktritt von der Anmeldung möglich.
Es ist eine Annullierungsgebühr von 260,00 EUR zzgl. USt. zu zahlen.
Applicants may withdraw prior to the acceptance of their applications.
A cancellation fee of 260.00 EUR plus VAT shall be due in this event.
10.Ausstellung von Pferden
10.Exhibition of horses
Die Ausstellung von Pferden unterliegt der Sonderabsprache mit der Leipziger Messe
GmbH. Alle Pferde unterstehen dem Veterinär- und Lebensmittelaufsichtsamt Leipzig.
Bei Nichteinhaltung der Veterinärbestimmungen kann kein Pferd in das Gelände der
Ausstellung gelassen werden. Für jedes ausgestellte Pferd ist eine ausreichende
Haftpflichtversicherung abzuschließen und auf Anforderung nachzuweisen. Zudem
müssen die Pferden entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmung geimpft sein. Für jedes Pferd ist ein Equidenpass mitzuführen. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Schäden,
die durch die ausgestellten Pferde verursacht werden, auch nicht für Schäden an den
Pferden. Der Aussteller ist für seine Pferde auf dem Messegelände selbst verantwortlich, ebenso wie vor, während und nach den Veranstaltungen.
Exhibition of horses is subject to special agreements with Leipziger Messe GmbH.
All horses are subject to Leipzig Veterinary and Foodstuffs Supervisory Board. No
horse is admitted to enter the exhibition area unless the veterinary regulations
are observed. Sufficient liability insurance shall be taken out for each horse and
presented on request. In addition, the horses must have been vaccinated in
accordance with the legal regulations. A horse registration certificate must be
carried for each horse. The organizer shall not be held liable for damage cause
by the horses exhibited, also not for injuries to horses. The exhibitors shall be
personally responsible for their horses on the Exhibition Centre site, including
prior to, during and after demonstrations.
11. Verkauf von Erzeugnissen und Ausstellungsgütern
11. Sale of products and exhibits
Der Verkauf an Ausstellungsbesucher ist zugelassen. Beim Abschluss von Verträgen
mit Verbrauchern hat der Aussteller die einschlägigen Verbraucherschutzbestimmungen zu beachten.
Sales to visitors to the exhibition are permitted. When concluding contracts
with consumers, the exhibitor must observe the relevant consumer protection
regulations.
12.Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken
12.Sale of food and drink
Die Zulassung von Ausstellern mit gastronomischen Angeboten ist nur eingeschränkt
möglich. Über die Zulassung entscheidet die Leipziger Messe GmbH nach eigenem
Ermessen.
Only a limited number of exhibitors can be granted permission to offer catering
products. The decision on whether or not to grant permission will be made by
Leipziger Messe GmbH at its own discretion.
13. Katalog und Neue Medien
13.Catalogue and New Media
Die Eintragung im Katalog und in den Neuen Medien ist für Aussteller und Mitaussteller Pflicht. Für den Eintrag werden 39,90 EUR zzgl. USt. berechnet. Die
Berechnung erfolgt mit der Standmiete. Für den Inhalt der Eintragungen ist der
Aussteller allein verantwortlich.
Registration in the catalogue and on the New medias is mandatory for all exhibitors
and co-exhibitors. The charge for the entry is 39.90 EUR plus VAT and this will be
invoiced together with the stand rental. The exhibitor shall be solely responsible
for the content of the entries.

Kostenlose Werbung jeglicher Art (Prospekte, Lose, etc.) ist nur innerhalb des
Standes gestattet. Die Ansprache von Besuchern außerhalb des Standes ist nicht
erlaubt.
Free advertising of whatever nature (prospectuses, raffle tickets, etc.) is only
permitted within the exhibition stand. Participants must not approach visitors
away from their own stands.
