HIPERAUTO CATALUNYA was founded in July 2004 by professionals with extensive experience in
managing companies in the automobile industry. Inspired by their entrepreneurial spirit, they decided to
create their own company to provide specialized services in bodywork and paintwork to different
customers:
• Vehicle manufacturers and auxiliary companies of the automotive industry.
• Large fleets of vehicles (rental companies, courier services, transport...).
• Individual customers, because of special agreements with leading European insurance companies and
the creation of a multi-brand workshop of 3.400m2 to provide bodywork services and to train skilled
workers.
• Other car dealers without bodywork services.
• Specialized in Paint less Dent Removal to remove hail damage all over the world.
The main objective is to create a company committed to customer problems and to provide solutions in
the vehicle manufacturing process (due to regular needs in production phase or special needs that may
arise during the pre-series or new models launch in the market), in the maintenance process and in
particular circumstances.

VEHICLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS SERVICES
Here are the services provided by HIPERAUTO in the vehicle manufacturing field, where the main
customers are Vehicles Manufacturers and Auxiliary Companies of the Automotive industry.
HIPERAUTO offers services to worldwide assemblers in various steps of manufacture process:
• Prototypes: HIPERAUTO qualified personnel moves among the major manufacturers
(VOLKSWAGEN, SEAT, OPEL, MERCEDES BENZ...) and their suppliers to do bodywork and all
vehicle finishing touches.
• Pre-Series and Series: HIPERAUTO specialized staff conducts audit and quality assurance
services on any part, subassembly (doors, side covers, fenders, frames, floors, panels...), or on the
complete body. Scope of service usually includes parts selection and rework.

VEHICLE MANUFACTURING PROCESS SERVICES
• Display Cars for Exhibition and Press: HIPERAUTO provides high qualified technicians to
prepare display cars, including body assembly and adjustment, and body mobile elements
examination, according to the quality standards of the customer.
• Finished Vehicle Repair: Vehicles Car Body and finishing touches Specialists operate on the
finish line / hospital. According to the quality standards laid down by the client, we rework all esthetic
parts or interior finishing touches of the vehicle and recover the sheet metal damaged during the
production process without new painting.
• Hail Damages Repair: HIPERAUTO provides technicians specialized in PDR (Paintless Dent
Removal, repair methods of painted car with dent on the body caused by hailstones).
We have an important workmanship and qualified technicians able to work on large repair volumes
(warehouses, ports, etc.) or to intervene on the manufacturers production lines (body work and
finish line).

Mercedes Benz Spain - Vito and Viano Models – Vitoria (Spain)
Repair of completed vehicles ready to be delivered to the customer, seriously
damaged by hail, avoiding a new body painting.
HIPERAUTO has done many recovery works due to hail (PDR services) for
many different brands (car manufacturers, brand sales services, logistic and
distribution suppliers…) across Europe since 2005: Peugeot Villaverde (2002,
2005), Peugeot-GEFCO Toulouse (France, 2006), Peugeot Vasc Country (2007),
Citroen Vitoria and Miranda de Ebro (2009), etc.
HIPERAUTO also has experience providing PDR services out of Europe: USA,
Lebanon (SEAT), Turkey (HYUNDAI) etc.
