Villa U Fragnu is located in the Murtoli Estate in Corsica between the town of Sartene
and the village of Pianottoli-Caldarello, a 15 to 20 minute drive from the main beach of
the estate. Set on the striking south coast of Corsica, Domaine de Murtoli is a unique
collection of shepherds houses transformed into luxury villas. The villas are placed
either in a quiet valley or on a private beach, sleeping between two and thirteen guests
each. Three unique restaurants will offer you three menus with only the freshest
produce. Murtoli Estate Corsica is all about nature, beauty, beach time, sports, tasty
food and great times with friends and family. A river flows through the 2,500 hectare
estate with its 10 km of coastline, cliffs and beaches. You can choose between being
treated at the outdoor spa on the beach or a treatment at home in the villa. There is an
equestrian centre for taking horse rides through the estate and even a natural golf
course. Go hunting, explore the maquis and discover the different plants with your
family, go fishing or visit the megalithic sites. The nearby town of Sartene is the perfect
base for touring the surrounding area, which includes stunning beaches, interesting
towns and villages and some important archaeological sites. Enjoy the tranquillity
around the villa's swimming pool and get away from it all.
Fully renovated, the 220sqm luxury rental villa used to be an old oil mill. It is
masterfully re-constructed with a mix of old stone and modern amenities. The interiors
offers a relaxing atmosphere, filled with warm colours and aromatic scents. The airconditioned building offers panoramic views of the sea, the plateau Cauria, the wild
coast and the mountains of Tradicettu Lion Roccapina. On the ground level is a lounge
with a huge fireplace, dining area, open-plan fully equipped kitchen with bay windows
and a laundry room.
The villa has two double rooms for a capacity of five people. The ground level room
has a double/twin bed, an extra single bed, a fireplace and an en suite bathroom. It
has garden access as well. Upstairs, the other room has a double/twin bed and an en
