Located in the relaxed residential area of Llenaire just outside Puerto Pollensa, this
beautiful recently built modern style villa is only 200 meters from the seafront and 500
meters from the beach. It is located walking distance from the nearest supermarket
and about 60 kilometres from the nearest airport. The seaside villa in Mallorca was
constructed focusing on the properties of natural light and high quality finishes. It
creates an instant feeling of stylish and high living standards. Its rooms are all very
spacious and modern with mostly white colour themes. Various inside plants lend a
natural feel.
The modern welcoming ground floor entrance of the luxury villa leads to the spacious
open plan sitting and dining room with direct access to the large covered terrace and
the pool area. Leading from it there is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen with a
central island with breakfast bar and extractor fan. You will also find a pantry and
laundry room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a small office area. The villa has
Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, under floor heating and air conditioning throughout. Cleaning staff
comes in daily except on Sundays.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one large double bedroom with en suite
shower room and one twin bedroom with en suite shower. There is also one guest
toilet. On the first floor are three large bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom with en suite
shower, and then you have the large master bedroom with en suite separate shower
and bath. Both of these bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto a large private
terrace. Additionally on the first floor is a double bedroom with full en suite bathroom.
All the bedrooms are very spacious with a fresh clean white theme.
Leading from the inside sitting and dining area to the backyard is a covered terrace
with outside dining and relaxation area stretching around one full side of the house.
Right next to it you have a beautiful clear swimming pool bordered by a teak deck,
