This quality, spacious private villa for rent is located in the popular residential complex
of El Putxet, only a lazy 15 minutes walk from the beaches, restaurants and shops. It
is an excellent location, nestling into a hill on the edge of Puerto Pollensa, giving
outstanding views across the bay. It is newly built using the finest quality materials.
Due to the different levels and the amount of steps in this villa, it is not recommended
for young children or elderly people. The closest airport is 65 kilometres away.
This stylish and contemporary two-storey luxury villa with comfortable terraces and an
independent lower floor makes it ideal for families who enjoy breathing space and
comfort. On entering through the upper level into the attractive reception hall, we see
off to the right the beautifully modern, spacious living, dining room area with fireplace,
and panoramic sliding, double glazed doors leading out onto the balcony. To the left is
the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with access to the generous balcony. Stairs lead
down to the ground floor where there is a small lounge with TV, couches, table and
chairs and also an additional large dining and living area with fireplace and a kitchen
and utility room. The house has satellite TV and is air conditioned throughout.
The private villa has four light and spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two of which
are en-suite. On the first floor you find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a
cloakroom and balcony giving out to the excellent view. On the ground floor are three
twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and then another full bathroom
and a cloakroom.
On the first floor is a spacious terrace with ample seating and terrific sea views. On the
ground floor outside is a beautiful porch with barbeque area and tables and chairs with
umbrellas overlooking a long rectangular pool that offers ideal swimming for the whole
family. Below that are the beautifully landscaped terraced gardens.
