this contemporary and private villa that is elegant and beautiful in its simplicity. The
central location of the villa, the stunning views on the La Choncha Mountain, and
being within walking distance of the activities you would want to access, make this
luxury villa most desirable.
The open plan main living area consists of a lounge area and a dining area. The
kitchen is new and ultra-modern and very well equipped. The luxury villa for rent is
architecturally designed for good natural ventilation, also complemented with air
conditioning. From the living areas you have access to the terrace and the stunning
and perfectly tended garden. The convenience of individually controlled under floor
heating systems throughout the house, makes a holiday here a pleasure. Satellite
television and wireless internet are provided.
Sleeping for eight is provided in four main double bedrooms, which all have en suite
bathrooms and are configured for maximum privacy. Additionally, a fifth double bed
can be arranged in the living area to increase the sleeping capacity of the villa to ten.
The garden with its velvety green lawns, collection of palm trees and an ornamental
olive tree that has been standing there for four ages, hosts a large, heated swimming
pool for absolute enjoyment and relaxation.
