Without a doubt one of the most elegant properties in Marbella, this luxury villa is
located in a most desirable spot in the foothills of the Concha Mountain, just behind
Marbella, where it makes the most of the marvellous sea and mountain views. Set in
more or less two acres of landscaped gardens, the seaside villa has a tranquil, partly
rural ambience, though being only a few minutes' drive from the town of Marbella. The
villa was constructed in 2010, to the highest standards and with the space and superb
quality facilities rather associated with a top of the range hotel rather than with a
private villa for rent.
The impressive entrance hall is decorated with original art works and sets the tone of
elegant luxury and refinement that is the trademark of the villa throughout. The luxury
villa is spread over 3 levels connected through an internal lift.
There are two separate lounges on the ground floor, with the formal sitting room in
contemporary creamy white. This level also contains a professionally designed and
equipped kitchen, a vast dining room, utility rooms, and office.
The residence sleeps up to twelve guests in six bedroom suites. Five of these
extremely spacious and elegantly beautiful bedroom suites are in the main villa. The
master bedroom has the most outstanding sea views and a ceramic bath large enough
for six people! The sixth bedroom suite is located in the guest apartment adjacent to
the main building.
The basement houses all the relaxation and fun amenities: the heated indoor pool and
plunge pool, the gymnasium, home cinema, bar and poker room, sauna, Turkish
sauna, massage room and parking space for twelve cars in the garage.
Externally the landscaped gardens contain two swimming pools of which one has a
