The neighbourhood of Pointe Milou has long been regarded as one of the most stylish
and desirable locales on St. Barth. Extending out into the Atlantic, luxury villas on this
promontory provide the perfect combination of privacy and fantastic views. Days at the
beach are easy to plan from Pointe Milou, with the calm waters of St. Jean and the
surf of Saline each around 10 minutes away. Grocery shopping in Lorient is even
closer, and the drive to town takes about 15 minutes. A Pointe Milou location also
brings one of the island's most popular nightlife destinations within just a two-minute
drive. This is a wonderful private villa for rent with stunning grounds, comfortable,
contemporary furniture and exceptional views.
The sea view living and dining areas, open unto the tiled pool area as well as an
interior, air-conditioned living room with a flat screen satellite TV. The gourmet kitchen
is adjacent to the dining room and both leads outside to the outside dining area. Daily
complimentary continental breakfast is provided during winter and holiday seasons.
The master bedroom enjoys a small terrace which opens to the pool area, and the
second bedroom has a balcony that catches the morning sun. Each bright and
comfortable bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom, a king size bed , air
conditioning , DVD player, flat screen TV and is nicely decorated with rattan furniture
and mosquito netting.
The exterior living room has a comfortable, modern seating area overlooking the pool.
The terrace provides sheltered outdoor dining, a uniquely shaped pool, and a heated
Jacuzzi beside the landscaped garden. The garden has a Zen feel with beautiful
shrubbery and a central rock decoration. The canopied BBQ area with dining table and
chairs has a great view of the ocean.
