This luxury rental villa is in the heart of Positano, one of the most fascinating and
beautiful places in the world. There are many great attractions nearby, including the
Church of Santa Caterina, restaurants, art galleries, boutique clothing stores, ceramic/
wine bars and Positano's local delicatessen. 120 meters from the villa you will find the
stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line. You can reach one of the most
famous beaches in Positano, called Fornillo, in 10 minutes by walking down a set of
steps. From this beach you can also reach the main and other renowned beaches of
Positano and the Town Centre walking approximately 10 minutes or driving 10 minutes
by bus from the villa itself. The villa, with its breath-taking sea views, can be rented
separately or in its entirety for a wedding, anniversary, reunion or any special event.
This is a two-story historical villa. The villa sleeps up to 12 people and is spread over
350sq. m. You reach the villa from the street level going down a short public walkway
that cuts through a courtyard taking approximately 16 stairway steps. The living room
has free Wi-Fi, TV with Sky Cable (international channels), and a sea-view terrace.
From the living room you enter the restaurant sized kitchen. There is a table to seat six
guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace. The kitchen is
well-equipped with all amenities you may need.
The private villa, sleeping twelve, has four double bedrooms and one quadruple
bedroom with two bunk beds with five fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. All of the 5
bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with modern furniture and some hand-made
pieces by local artists, air conditioning, TV (with national channels) and private
terraces. The double bedrooms have queen sized beds. On the second floor you will
find 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One double bedroom has an
entrance to the terrace through a French door. Its en suite bathroom is made of
marble. Another double bedroom also has an entrance to the terrace, but also two
windows with a sea view. The third double bedroom has a window with a view of the

A magnificent outdoor heated Jacuzzi tub is hidden in a natural cave where you can
relax whilst enjoying the atmosphere.
The lush botanical garden with bougainvilleas, hibiscus flowers, banana and tropical
palm trees, is for your exclusive use, but occasionally crossed by the owners to reach
their accommodation. You will be able to enter the first, nicely furnished terrace from
the living room and from the kitchen. Built in you will also find a huge brickwork
barbecue and a 100 year old wood-fired pizza oven. On the second floor you will find
the entrance to the second terrace. Just imagine yourself relaxing in the sun on the
balcony with a delicious drink, and an exquisite view, surrounded by a quiet and
relaxing solarium.
