This is a delightful villa, tranquilly nestled in an exclusive gated urbanization, situated
in the hills behind the charming town of San Pedro, an area of outstanding natural
beauty. The luxury villa for rent boasts spectacular mountain and sea views and is
totally private and peaceful. There is an overwhelming feeling of serenity, and yet the
entertainments of Puerto Banus and Marbella are a very short distance away.
The main villa is accessed through a bright and spacious entrance lobby which in turn
leads to three large and tastefully decorated interconnecting receptions rooms on the
ground floor. Also located on the ground floor is a professional modern kitchen with all
facilities and amenities including an American fridge/freezer. Across the courtyard lies
the guest cottage with two suites.
The ground floor contains two guest bedroom suites. The whole upper level of the
main villa consists of the master bedroom suite together with its huge private terrace.
Satellite SKY television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection are provided.
The guest cottage has two suites with a bedroom each.
There is a lovely infinity pool area and a special area for a BBQ and al-fresco dining
can take place on the downstairs terraces.
Magnificent views of the coast can be enjoyed from the terrace and the courtyard is
attractively decorated with many shrubs and flowers.
