The OKE Group develops and produces technically
advanced plastic components for the automotive,
electronics and furniture industries. Our components are
also used in intelligent building technology, in the area of
healthcare and in the agricultural industry. The group is
made up of 14 individual companies, which are located all
over the world in logistical proximity to the customers.

Uns in Goslar kann man mit einem Wort beschreiben:
(Aero)dynamisch! Denn wir bei KKF erreichen mit Einund Zweikomponententeilen aus Kunststoff eine signifikante Reduzierung des cw-Wertes von Fahrzeugen. Viele
unserer Kunststoffbauteile aus dem Bereich Luftleit- und
Geräuschemissionsmanagement haben sehr komplexe
Geometrien bei dünnen Wandstärken.
Unser Produktspektrum umfasst aber noch viel mehr,
denn zusammen mit unseren Kunden erstellen wir komplexe Artikel und produzieren alles vom 1K-Teil bis hin zu
komplexen Baugruppen. Die technischen Bauteile befinden sich vor allem in Nutz- und Personenfahrzeugen,
aber wir setzen unser Know-how auch für andere Branchen ein.
In Goslar we can be described in one word: (aero)dynamic! Because at KKF, we achieve a significant reduction in the cw value of vehicles with one- and twocomponent plastic parts. Many of our plastic air deflection parts and parts for noise emission management
have very complex geometries and thin walls.
But our product range includes much more, because together with our customers, we create complex products
and produce everything from single component parts to
complete construction modules. The technical components are used primarily in commercial and passenger
vehicles, but we also put our expertise to use in other industries.

und Spritzgussartikel für komplexe, technisch hochpräzise Produkte. Seit Jahrzehnten steht der Name Alhorn für
Präzisionswerkzeuge im Bereich Steckverbindungen und
für komplexe Bauteile im Automotive-, Elektronik- und
Elektrotechnikbereich.
Our team in Lübbecke manufactures plastic injection moulds
and injection moulded products for complex, high-precision
technical products. For decades, the name Alhorn has stood
for precision tools for connectors and complex components
in the automotive, electronics and electrical engineering sectors.
Wir legen hier die Messlatte für Präzision besonders
hoch und produzieren perfekte Bauteile mit Toleranzen
im Bereich von nur 0,02 mm. Alle technischen Thermoplaste können wir einsetzen, sogar mit einem Glasfaseranteil von bis zu 60 Prozent. Unsere hochkavitätigen
Werkzeuge sind bis zu einer Größe von 800 x 1.000 mm
realisierbar.
Here we set the bar very high for precision and produce
perfect components with tolerances in the range of only
0.02 mm. We can use all technical thermoplastics, even
with a glass fibre content of up to 60 percent. Our highcavity tools can be realized up to a size of 800 x 1,000 mm.

Auch hochkomplexe Bauteile und Baugruppen können
wir im Ausland produzieren, auf Wunsch mit Prüfung
der Konstruktion auf Kostenoptimierung. Wann ein
Projekt in eines unserer Auslandswerke verlagert werden kann, wird zuerst in einem der Spritzgusszentren
entschieden. Wir erstellen ein standortübergreifendes
Konzept und ein intern abgestimmtes, verbindliches
Angebot für den kompletten Prozess inklusive der
Verlagerung. Ihr Ansprechpartner in der Projektphase
befindet sich in einem unserer Spritzgusszentren (siehe Seite 30 - 31). Dieser Ansprechpartner wird Sie
den gesamten Prozess bis zur Serienproduktion im
Ausland begleiten und alle strategischen Fragen beantworten. Denn um die interne Kommunikation und
Organisation innerhalb der OKE Group kümmern wir
uns.
We can also produce highly-complex parts and assemblies abroad. If required including a check of the construction drawing regarding cost optimization. It is initially decided in one of our injection moulding centres
when a project can be transferred to one of our foreign
plants. We create a multi-site concept and an internallycoordinated, binding offer for the entire process including the relocation. Your contact partner is in one of our
injection moulding centres (see page 30 - 31). This contact will supervise the entire process until the series production has started abroad and will answer all the strategic questions. We alone care for internal communication and organization within the OKE Group.

Die Spritzgusszentren kontaktieren schon zur Festlegung der Rahmenbedingungen mit Ihnen unsere internen Ansprechpartner für Auslandsverlagerungen. Sie
planen alle nötigen Kapazitäten und arbeiten eng mit
den Auslandswerken zusammen, wenn es um die operative Umsetzung geht (siehe Seite 28 - 29). Die
technische Beratung und Ihr Ansprechpartner bleiben
dabei in dem ausgewählten Spritzgusszentrum.
You place your request with your desired location for
production at one of our injection moulding centres,
which is wholly coordinated by our holding company. It
may be that the request is internally passed on.
The injection moulding centres make contact with our
internal contact partner for foreign relocations to lay
down the general conditions with the client. They plan
all necessary capacities and work closely together with
the overseas plants when it comes to operative implementation (see page 28 - 29). Technical consultation
and your contact partner remain in the selected injection moulding centre.

Viele Automobilhersteller haben Produktionsstandorte
in der Slowakei. Mit unserem Werk in Trebatice nutzen
wir die Möglichkeit, diese Kunden einfach und just-intime zu beliefern, produzieren hier aber auch Kunststoffkomponenten für unsere internationalen Kunden
in der Automobilindustrie. Wir extrudieren in großem
Umfang und auf höchstem Niveau Profile zur Befestigung von Sitzbezügen und für den Fahrzeuginnenraum und fertigen Spritzgussteile für Sitze und die
Fahrzeugelektronik.
Hier können wir auf den unten markierten Spritzgussbereich mit bereits vorhandenen Maschinen zurückgreifen. Außerdem beinhaltet dieser Bereich noch
Raum für weitere Maschinen, in die wir ggf. investieren. Eine Gebäudeerweiterung ist ebenfalls möglich.
Many automobile manufacturers have production facilities in Slovakia. With our plant in Trebatice, we take advantage of the possibility to supply these customers
without complications and just-in-time, but we also produce plastic components for our international customers
in the automotive industry. We extrude profiles for attaching seat covers and for the vehicle interior on a large
scale at the highest level and we manufacture injection
moulding components for seats and vehicle electronics.
Here we can fall back on the indicated injection moulding
area with existing machines. This has also still room for
additional equipment, in which we invest, if necessary. A
building extension is also possible.

Unser Standort in China ist über zehn Jahre alt. Heute

von mehr als 9.000 Quadratmetern. Und wir expandieren weiter! Der Grund dafür ist, dass wir Kunststoffteile für alle bekannten Möbel- und Automarken
zuverlässig und passend produzieren. Wir fertigen im
Extrusions- und Spritzgussverfahren.
Our subsidiary in China is over 10 years old. Today we
occupy a production and administration area of more
than 9,000 square metres. And we are still expanding!
The reason for this is that we produce plastic components for all well-known furniture and car brands both
reliably as well as suiting their exact needs. We are familiar with both, extrusion and injection moulding.
Hier können wir auf den unten markierten Spritzgussbereich mit bereits vorhandenen Maschinen mit bis zu
120 Tonnen Zuhaltekraft zurückgreifen. Zudem steht
in Kürze ein Umzug inkl. Erweiterung der Gebäude bevor, sodass der Spritzgussbereich ohnehin deutlich erweitert und gefördert wird. Es gibt genug Raum, um
weitere Maschinen aufstellen zu können.

Reinraumproduktion, einen Werkzeugbau und wir bauen auch Maschinen und Anlagen für unseren Eigenbedarf sowie für externe Kunden.
In South Africa we produce components for many different industries. In addition to the automotive industry our
main customers are from the agricultural sector and the
area of medical technology. There is a clean room production and a tool making. Furthermore we construct
machinery and equipment for our own needs and for external customers.
Ein Zugriff auf bereits vorhandene Maschinen ist
möglich. Räumlich bieten wir auch Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten für neue Maschinen in den markierten Bereichen.
It is possible to use existing machines. Spatially, we also
offer various expansion options for new equipment in the

Platz für kleine Maschinen kann ohne weiteres in der
bestehenden Halle geschaffen werden. Die Kapazitäten können zudem durch die Möglichkeit der Anmietung einer Nachbarhalle weiter ausgedehnt werden.
In Brasil, we are currently producing exclusively extruded
profiles for vehicles and furniture. If interested, we can
build an injection moulding area, whereby we can use our
internal expertise.
We can easily create space for small machines in the existing hall. The capacities can also be expanded by the
possibility of renting a neighboring hall.
