LEVEL 1 CATECHIST CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Level 1 Catechist Formation is a series of 10 workshops designed for catechists and all adults intested icatchetical ministry. All
workshops are on Saturdays from 8:30am-3:00pm at parishes located within the SE Urban Deanery. Registration will be on-site
and participants may RSVP in advance to Elsa Tijerina at 210-707-1888 or [email protected] Parishes may also take registration information and coordinate with Elsa as needed. Date and location provided upon enrollment. Fee: $5 per class .

Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller is working to address several opportunities and needs facing our archdiocese. Over the next
several weeks, the archbishop is asking every parishioner to fill out a feasibility study survey, which will gather YOUR feedback

Is there a greater sign of contentment and satisfaction than a baby who's been well fed and well
tended who falls asleep in its parent's arms? Isaiah says God longs to satisfy our primary needs in that
way-to feed our deepest hunger and respond to our deepest longings. Do I trust that God's loving care
is all I need? Am I willing to rely so totally on God?

Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Today marks my 5th anniversary here with you at Mission Concepcion.
I just want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your wonderful
spirit of community, your collaboration, and your stewardship. We have
come a long way, with many of you serving as new ministers,
attendance more than doubling and the collections tripling. RCIA has
helped many learn the faith and receive sacraments. I am proud that we
are involved in Fair Trade and have adopted a refugee family. Special
moments like the Pesame and Danza Matachines add to our spirituality.
There is much more.
I am so grateful to be part of this wonderful place. Thank you. God
bless you all!
