Visa Application – Letter of Invitation to attend WORLDDIDAC Basel 2010
This advice is for a single applicant and delegations.
A Letter of Invitation will be issued by the Worlddidac Association to facilitate the visa application.
Please check and approach the Embassy of Switzerland with the Letter of Invitation to apply the
visa. We will provide the Letter of Invitation free of charge by e-mail. For any request to send
the original by priority or courier postal mail, a mailing fee of CHF 80. – will be imposed and
charged in advance (Fees do not apply to Worlddidac Members).
We strongly recommend you to check with the Embassy which details are necessary for the visa
application before you send the form to Worlddidac for the Letter of Invitation.
Please fill in the form bellow and send it back to Worlddidac by email or fax.

If you have not received a confirmation of entry, please contact us after 3 days to be sure that
Worlddidac has received your fax or email.
Be aware that 2 months before the show is the rush hour and you have to expect a waiting time
of 2 weeks. Do not send demands later than 4 weeks prior to the show.
