The following series appear weekdays on PBS KIDS:
PEG + CAT
PEG + CAT, PBS KIDS' newest animated preschool series, follows the adorable, spirited Peg and her
sidekick Cat as they embark on adventures and learn foundational math concepts and skills. The
show brings young viewers a new way to experience math through Peg and Cat’s relatable, and
often hilarious, adventures. This multiplatform media property also features integrated online and
mobile content. In each episode, Peg and Cat encounter a problem that requires them to use math
and problem solving skills in order to move forward.
DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD
A new generation of preschool “neighbors” get to experience the Neighborhood of Make-Believe
with DANIEL TIGER'S NEIGHBORHOOD. The first TV series inspired by the iconic, award-winning
MISTER ROGERS' NEIGHBORHOOD, DANIEL TIGER'S NEIGHBORHOOD stars 4-year-old Daniel Tiger,
who invites young viewers into his world, giving them a kid’s-eye view of his life. As they closely
follow and share Daniel’s everyday adventures, preschoolers ages 2-4 and their families learn fun
and practical strategies and skills necessary for growing and learning.

CURIOUS GEORGE
With his insatiable curiosity and a Daytime Emmy® Award for "Outstanding Children's Animated
Program" in tow, America's favorite little monkey continues his (mis)-adventures in the eighth
season of CURIOUS GEORGE. This season’s all-new episodes continue to focus on teaching
preschoolers about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts, with a special
spotlight on engineering.
DINOSAUR TRAIN
DINOSAUR TRAIN is seen through the eyes of Buddy, a preschool-aged Tyrannosaurus Rex. Buddy
and his adoptive family of Pteranodons go for adventures on the Dinosaur Train to meet all kinds of
dinosaurs in different eras and learn fascinating new facts about these incredible creatures.
SID THE SCIENCE KID
SID THE SCIENCE KID is an educational animated television series that uses comedy to promote
exploration, discovery and science readiness among preschoolers. SID THE SCIENCE KID, The Jim
Henson Company's first series for PBS KIDS that features a practical in-school science curriculum,
uses music and humor to celebrate children's natural curiosity about science in everyday life. The
energetic and inquisitive Sid starts each episode with a new question ("Why are my shoes
shrinking?" "Why do bananas get mushy?") and embarks on a fun-filled day of finding answers with
the help of family and friends
MARTHA SPEAKS
Based on the best-selling children's book series by Susan Meddaugh, the MARTHA SPEAKS
animated TV series follows the adventures of Martha, a loveable dog whose appetite for alphabet
soup gives her the ability to speak.
Being a talking dog, Martha lives in a vocabulary-rich environment. The educational goal of the
series is to bolster the vocabulary of 4 to 7-year-olds within the context of great stories in
engaging, comical ways. Around and in between the half-hour's two 11-minute stories are a variety of
animated interstitials that reinforce the vocabulary.

ODD SQUAD
ODD SQUAD, a live-action media property designed to help kids ages 5-8 learn math. The show
focuses on two young agents, Olive and Otto, who are part of the Odd Squad, an agency whose
mission is to save the day whenever something unusual happens in their town. A math concept is
embedded in each of their cases, as Olive and Otto work together to problem-solve and correct the
oddity du jour in each episode.
WILD KRATTS
Animals can take you anywhere in science! Creature teachers Chris and Martin Kratt take 6- to 8year olds and their families along on extraordinary animal-powered adventures in WILD KRATTS.
The show transforms the Kratt Brothers, creators of the award-winning Kratts’ Creatures and
Emmy-winning Zoboomafoo, into animated versions of themselves, allowing the real-life zoologists
to visit wild animals in their little-seen habitats and showcase key science concepts along the way.
WILD KRATTS presents age-appropriate science inspired by the natural abilities of the animals.
SUPER WHY
With a breakthrough interactive approach to reading education, SUPER WHY is the only preschool
property created to help kids learn the fundamentals of reading through interactive storybook
adventures. The standout, imagination-stimulating series focuses on the adventures of four fairytale
friends who transform into reading-powered superheroes: "Super Readers"! The Super Readers
jump into books (literally) to find answers to everyday preschool challenges and embark on exciting
adventures, where they play interactive reading games to overcome obstacles and save the day.
NATURE CAT (New Series Premieres Fall 2015)
NATURE CAT is a new animated series that encourages children to explore nature. Co-creators and
brothers David Rudman (SESAME STREET, The Muppets) and Adam Rudman (Tom & Jerry, SESAME
STREET, CYBERCHASE) have teamed up to inspire viewers to get outdoors and develop
connections with the natural world. Designed for kids ages 3-8, the multiplatform media property
premieres this fall on PBS KIDS, along with integrated digital content and hands-on activities.
Inspired by research on the health and educational benefits of spending time outside, NATURE CAT
will encourage families to get active and go on their own outdoor adventures. The series will air
daily following its premiere.
