Ladyfinger Cake

Whip up a french meringue
with the sugar and egg whites.

ingredients.

In a mixer with a whip
attachment, whip Irca Tiramisu,
milk, and cream together until
soft peaks form.
Put in desired pan. Sprinkle
icing sugar on top before
baking.
Bake at 325°F/162°C for
10-15 minutes.

Coffee Flavored Simple Syrup

Bring sugar and water to a boil.

Place Ladyfinger cake in desired mold and soak with simple
syrup mixture.

Allow to cool and stir in the
Gustosia Mocca Compound.

Pipe Irca Lilly Tiramisu on top of ladyfinger.

Place another layer of ladyfinger on top of the mousse, soak
and cover with another layer of Irca Lilly Tiramisu.

Place in refrigerator and let set.

Once set, dust with Chocoa Cocoa Powder (101192) and
decorate with chocolate covered coffee beans (101750).
