In the heart of downtown Charleston in Upper King Street’s design district she created a hidden gem. Her first retail urban oasis occupied 6000 square feet including a hidden wellness center where clients could transform in a matter of minutes from the stress of everyday life into complete bliss. Services Peters introduced as part of the new concept included Ayurvedic treatments,Japanese Facelift Massage, Biofeedback, Detox Foot Baths, Infrared Sauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Thai Massage, Yoga Classes, Living Meditation class, and the signature Migun Massage Experience - a favorite of most clients. Shamans commented that The Migun massage experience lies under a 100 year old Joglo that is directly in line with a major vortex of Seeking Indigo and Charleston. The Seeking Indigo experience begins the moment customers enters any of her Seeking Indigo spaces. Peters states, “With my first project I wanted to create an environment where transformation and evolution happened for everyone that entered the door. It’s amazing that as soon as the intention was set to create a platform where all could come together to realize their dreams, those dreams began to manifest in front of my eyes. When following one’s passion with purpose it becomes effortless.” I had no idea if Charleston was ready for such a progressive concept but was willing to give it a try” says Peters. Bringing together all cultures, practices and walks of life, Peters still travels the world seeking to bring home that little bit of magic experienced while on her travels abroad. "Ever day is a gift" says Peters. By bettering ourselves and living life authentically, awake, aware and alert, hopefully we will be able to serve as change agents in a world ready for true evolution. The book that most profoundly impacted the Seeking Indigo journey... The Integral Vision by Ken Wilbur which provides a road map upon which an integral approach to living can be applied. Our vision is that one day we will all wake up.... and we see this beginning to happen, 3/4 Our Story little by little, it’s the subtle shifts that are taking place. Everyday we are inspired by a story we hear or a person that walks through our door and shares with us a little magic in their own life . The world is changing. It is time, We are ready!!!! May Seeking Indigo provide a platform to support mind, body, spirit evolution. {vimeo}7135961{/vimeo} 4/4
