entered are fit enough to race, have not contracted or knowingly been exposed to any infectious or
contagious disease during the three weeks prior to the event & I will not compete with them if they
incur such risks between now and the days of the event. I confirm the driver has trained with all the
dogs listed above prior to the event and agree to be responsible for my conduct, that of my helpers
and my dogs both on and off the trail at this event. Further I will not hold the organisers liable for
any injury or damage to my dogs, myself, my helpers or my equipment or for the loss or damage of
my property.
