APPERCEPTION 2015 - A PAP Shirt Design Contest for Psychology Majors
The Psychological Association of the Philippines is inviting Psychology majors
to joinApperception – a t-shirt design contest as part of the Psychological
Association of the Philippines Junior Affiliates (PAPJA) Convention on January 23,
2015 at the SMX Convention Center.
What are the mechanics of the contest?
 Open to individuals (no group entry) who are bona fide undergraduate
Psychology students in the Philippines officially enrolled for the 2nd
semester/term, AY 2014-2015.
 The design submitted must be originally conceptualized and designed by the
psychology student.
 If “quotations” would be used in the design that is not an original quote, it
must be cited…example:
o Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an
understanding of ourselves.” – Carl Jung
What to submit?
 Fully accomplished Apperception 2015 Entry Form;
 Scanned copies of official school ID & registration form;
 A .jpeg or .psd copy of the design (the design must be signed by the
designer)

What is the prize?
Winning design will receive a certificate from PAP along with the following cash
prizes:
 1st Place
 2nd Place
 3rd Place

PhP 3,000.00
PhP 2,000.00
PhP 1,000.00
And all three (3) designs will be used in the PAP shirts that will be sold in
future conventions.
Note: All three (3) designs shall officially be a property of PAP and the student
winners cannot use/distribute the designs for use outside of PAP. No royalties shall
also be accorded the student designers in the profit gained from the sales of the PAP
shirts.
