Rotowood Evo è un centro di lavoro per la produzione di
porte e finestre.
Integrando il pantografo e il cambio utensili, si possono
eseguire lavorazioni di tenonatura, profilatura, fresatura e
foratura (anche obliqua su tutti i 6 lati del pezzo) di varie
tipologie di serramenti, grazie al magazzino utensili a tenonare
e profilare.

for window and door production.
Its standard configuration is suitable for every
type of tenoning and profiling working.
Through a CNC unit and an automatic tool
change system this machine can perform
drilling and milling workings on the 6 sides of
the piece)for every type of door and window
frames.
Rotowood EVO ist ein CNC Bearbeitungszentrum
für die Herstellung von Fenster und Türen.
Durch das Pantograph und den
Werkzeugwechsel mit Werkzeugmagazin
in Zapfen und Profilierung ist es möglich
nicht nur Zapfen und Profilbearbeitungen
durchzuführen, sondern auch Bohrungen und
Fräsbearbeitungen von verschiedenen Typen
von Fenster.

production de portes et fenêtres.
La configuration standard permet les usinages
de tenonnage et profilage.
Avec des dispositifs additionnels comme
le pantographe et le changement d’outils
automatique, il sera possible d’exécuter tous
les usinages de fraisage et perçage (droit ou
incliné sur les 6 côtés de la pièce), pour la
production de toute typologie de menuiseries.

La ROTOWOOD EVO più PANTOGRAFO
(completo di sistema cambio utensile
automatico a 12 posizioni) permette di
eseguire tutte le operazioni di foratura e
fresatura su tutti i sei lati del pezzo: taglio
del listello 45°, fori cilindro serratura, sede
incontri, cerniere anta/ribalta, fori maniglia,
spine montanti traversi nei tre lati.

ROTOWOOD EVO with CNC unit (with
automatic 12 positions tools change) is able
to perform every type of drilling and milling
workings on the 6 sides of the piece: glass
stop beam cutting 45°, keyholes cylinders
drilling, seats, hinge double opening sash
drillings, handle drilling, pins on transom and
upright in three sides drillings.

Ecco alcuni tipi di ferramenta che si possono
inserire grazie ai cicli di lavoro o macro
del pantografo già inserite nel programma
della macchina. Programmi generati da altri
software potranno essere trasferiti tramite
rete Ethernet e porte USB in modo semplice
e rapido.

can be inserted in the machine thanks to the
working cycles or macros of the CNC unit
already installed in the program. Programs
generated from other software can be easily
transmitted by Ethernet and USB devices.

tenonare (antischeggia inclusi) e 8 stazioni per
cambio alberi a profilare.

Possibility to have 1 tenoning spindle and 1, 2
or 3 profiling spindles with HSK B100 quick
coupling system. The tool change is done
through an automatic overhead tackle lifting
system. Tool stock of 5 positions for tenoning
spindles (and antichip devices) and 8 positions
for profiling spindles.
